hey lucy i have dry scalp/oily hair as well! i’ve found that washing my hair less often/using an apple cider vinegar rinse in between washes has really improved the quality of my hair! i would definitely recommend trying it out. it can be a bit tedious at first since you’re scalp is trying to get used to the new schedule, but for us overtly dry/oily scalps it’s best we stay away from traditional shampoo/conditioner products as they strip our hair from natural oils!

Yesss, The Olive Branch!! Fave body wash. Fun fact, if you throw a capful (or a little squirt like I do) in with your laundry, it makes it really soft and it has that faint scent of bergamot. Got the tip from a Lush employee ages ago, works great. 👍

anyone know a good alternative to that deep sleep pillow spray lucy mentioned? I could do with one but this works is a little out of my budget😅
If you just search sleep/pillow spray you’ll find other options but it also looks simple enough to DIY by putting some essential oils (lavender, vetiver, etc) in water.
