Sometimes wish I had the problem of needing to organize more things instead of just being a participant. It can be exhausting always being the one to make all the decisions. Need to balance more for myself, just in the opposite direction!!

I really enjoy the 168 hours vlog style! and I just wanted to mention that I also had a big moment of "growing up" when I turned 26! There was a big difference between me at 24 and me at 26/27 (and onwards)

I had to take the same thing when I put my back into spasm pulling my trousers up one morning! Such a weird one to call in sick to work for!
I feel exactly the same way about drinking. Im happy to have a little cider on a hot day, but that always leads to a few and by the time i get home my stomach is ruined and i feel like crap the next day :( its hard to break social norms that lead you to think that drinking is good for you

I have a question Lucy. I’m looking to move out .I’m baffled at the prices. There’s be very average looking flats in good locations and really nice looking flats in Hackney but for the same price or cheaper and I don’t know why they’re the same when one looks amazing . What is going on and what do you recommend about renting in London . I want to live with flatmatss to make friends but I’m worried it might be a bit too much for me in terms of socialising and don’t want to seem like I’m not getting involved but at the same time don’t want to live with people who don’t talk or just one other person. I’ve never lived out before as well. Thanks
Not Lucy but in a similar situation, so hope it's okay for me to chime in! I'm just considering waiting and saving more until I'm genuinely happy with what is out there. Maybe take a look at a variety of areas, some further out from central? It's surprising the places that can be found that are still 20-30 minutes out from central via tube but a lot cheaper and in really cute residential areas. If you work in London or commute and have friends there, it might be helpful to see if they (or even a friend of a friend) are looking to move there too. Will be a lot easier than living with total strangers!

I’m literally 27 and a baby living with parents (I’m also Asian so it’s kind of normal) but the pandemic has made me realise I haven’t achieved much in my life so I’m deciding to Be independent. I would like Hackney because it seems so cool and there are these really nice interiors. I know I should be mindful of money but also don’t want to pick somewhere I’m unhappy with. I spent my 20s too scared to spend my money and becoming more unhappy. I always have the option to move back home. I’m also socially anxious but like being around people. I don’t have close friends to move in with hence why I was thinking of becoming friends with people I live with. But I’m also really scared of conflict and then hating me for some reason. Can’t deal. But I need to get out my comfort zone because I’m getting depressed at home. Thanks for your advice. Hope your search Is going well

Love the vibes but the one part I found unsettling was hearing that you are waiting for the government to give you permission to hug your parents again?! Girl weren’t you with them all day? If you are both comfortable enough to do so, by all means! Social interaction, genuine connection with loved ones, and human touch are all incredibly vital to living a healthy life!

I love your channel and these vlogs but I’m genuinely confused why you can’t hug people? You can be in close proximity in a car or restaurant but can’t press your body against them for a few seconds? I don’t know if it’s healthy to give the government so much control over autonomy.
