Best burger I've had in the UK was at Nice n Sleazes in Glasgow back when Meathammer were running the kitchen. Dingy, graffiti covered bar with good drink and better burgers. Shame they replaced them with burritos last year.

I live up north but we cook our burgers haha
Always cook burgers to medium well or more....Those were way too pink. Steak is fine because bacteria doesn't get on the inside, but burgers are ground up which allow bacteria to every corner. Burger looked delicious, but needed to be cooked a little longer in my opinion.

The meat isn't aged when it's ground up, it's aged before they grind it, so your point is invalid.
Boiling the shit out of meat from cattle with Mad Cow Disease wouldn't do shit. The infectious agent is stable up to 1,112 degrees Fahrenheit, way hotter than boiling water gets. It was also caused by feeding cattle leftover products from other cows that were already butchered. It's not caused by under cooked meat at all.

It doesn't get much more irish than black pudding. Especially Clonakilty Black Pudding. Love the white version too. smokier spice.
The best burger is the burger you make at home. Simple recipe: Mix 1tsp of chili powder, chopped or dried onions, black pepper, with a dash or two of garlic salt. Use 30% lean meat (20% sounds healthier but makes a crappy tough burger). Coat your burger in all of it, don't worry if it seems like too much, most of it will come off in the juices. Throw 1tsp of butter in a pre heated pan on medium heat, cook that bad boy for 5 minutes on each side, flattening it out a bit as needed. Once it's just barely cooked through, throw that thing on a bun with some lettuce, pickles, etc.......and you'll have a tender juicy burger.
The only thing missing would be a nice grill flavor. Better than anything you'll get eating out, and cheaper too. You can make like 4 or 5 of them for about $6 (meat+buns cost). Cook your burgers at home, you'll never want to eat out for burgers again...you'll see it for what it is.....more expensive and less tasty.

that sucks super hard, i mean i understand a bit of upmark at a market and specialty beef and ingredients but ill be damned if im paying that much for anything less than like a meal with a side and drink hehe

Yes, it's expensive but this isn't meat from a grain fed behemoth. Grass fed is standard here, leading to smaller animals, generally better welfare and higher quality meat with lower yields. All of this leads to higher per kg/lb price for the raw ingredient. They are also at a expensive spot in that video rent wise. When they do pop-ups in pubs and other venues the same thing is about $12 with fries.

It might give you the initial feeling of his words being scripted, while in reality he is just extremely well-spoken, and simply takes his time to make sure that whatever comes out of his mouth is exactly what he means. It may not seem very natural, but brother, he is about as genuine as they come, if you overlook occasional necessary flattery to his guests.

If the beef is freshly ground and properly stored its as safe as steak. We have literally national chains that serve their beef pink all day every day to easily 10s of the 1000s of customers and there is yet to be a massive out break.
