I’m surprised they didn’t actually include borough market, because that is a place where you can find a wide arrangement of food, and the ingredients are always fresh!
It's a bit of a tourist trap, there are far better food markets out there, for the money. Greenwich, Spitalfields, Brixton Village, Lower Marsh etc...
With one or two exceptions, this list should be definitely be called something like '32 super instagrammable places to eat in London'. Not a single Indian? No Turkish? No noodles or dumplings? Was there even a PUB?!

I live in london since 3 weeks and myself i can recommend hummingbird bakery and this lady in Hayes on Coldharbour lane in waflle shop called Hong Kong. Shes very nice person and passionate about making sweets💜

When I was in London ( I was 7) I was obsessed with ruby red shoes and I went to all the places she went to in her books ( I did the same thing in France when I was 8)
A lot of these places listed are extremely expensive however I can say that the Cereal Killer Cafe is super good and has loads of TV nostalgia and has beds that you can sit or lie on. The cereal chicken is pretty great and the milkshakes are to die for.

I miss the Rasa restaurant in Stoke Newington, where I used to live. The Rasa does food from Kerala (Southern India) and my mouth is watering just thinking about it! I'm Italian myself and have lived in London for four years. I really miss some things about it!

Pizzas are overrated in Italy. I’ve been 6 times. Loads of different places and only had two good pizzas out of about 20.
@@Fictionalbio like anywhere else you have to know the good spots. Had some terrible pizzas in the UK and New York but also some absolutely amazing ones.
We did a two week tour of London in 2015. We loved all the amazing food options. We were also shocked at how often strangers insisted on paying for our meals when we were out and about. We made an incredible amount of new friends in just two weeks. I can't wait until this pandemic is over so we can go back!

Can highly recommend ANYTHING in Camden Market, really. Also the Bombay Brasserie, Le Comptoir Libanais, and Fait Maison Salon de Thé, all within a block of each other in Kensington.

The common ostrich is not at all endangered. I think I tried ostrich meat at a burger place once, and I might have seen a vendor at a market selling ostrich eggs (not in the UK).
Ostriches are raised for their eggs and meat in farms, it's legal in a lot of places

YES. From ostrich farms in the UKGB. You can order them online in ones, or try half a dozen in an egg box... SERIOUSLY, I know of a chef who use to cook them for banquets, and because of their high Fe 2/3+ content they have an metallic taste, he said. DOESN'T sound very appetising to me.

There’s this place called aglio e oglio (olive oil) near Chelsea and Westminster hospital that is amazing. I recommend the veal schnitzel with spaghetti.

Wow look at all these places I've never eaten at.
I feel like this video can be summed up perfectly by the fact that the food in that pink cafe was literally only shown off to the side of a single shot.
If you want to be truly London then just have a curry or fish and chips on a bench in the rain cos everywhere else is busy or expensive. But Norman’s Coach and Horses pub near the Palace Theatre is a great vegan pub with a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant is up narrow stairs and had staff problems last time I went though.
#12 was my introduction to tasty vegan food. I'm not a vegan but I do enjoy well made vegan food at least once a week
If I go to asda I can recreate some of these foods/drinks
I feel like Mamason's best items in my opinion weren't hyped up. They have what's called the Bilog and you can choose the list from all their filipino flavour ice creams and it's like a light fluffy warm donut on the outside but on the inside the ice cream is still cold! And does the best halo halo because my mother grew up with the dessert and when she tried it she said it tasted like when she had it back home. Honestly the best please check it out!
