They mention pho twice. Vietnam has bun bo hue and other amazing noodle dishes not just pho. Korean cold noodles is delicious and unique as well. This list was mostly Japanese noodles and alot on the list was more trendy stuff.

I like a lot of them, but some of those noodle dishes are way too spicy for me to handle. Are there any pasta dishes that are Mexican, Central and South America, parts of the United States, Scandinavian countries like Finland, Norway, Sweden, Britain, and/or Ireland? there's this chinese noodle dish called 酸辣粉(suan la fen) which is reeeeeeeeeeeeally good if you can eat spicy. it's spicy and sour and the noodles are very chewy :D

I'm from the Philippines and palabok is the best noodles there. It's just normal noodles but when you put the main seasoning which is the egg yolk of a boiled egg it's so good 🐣🐤🐥
All of these fancy ramens and other Japanese noodle dishes put the instant ramen I eat to shame. I can't wait to try those one day. My favorites were numbers 17, 36 and 44.
