It's shows like this that got me excited to cook at a young age. Emeril is and always will be my favorite. such a shame we will never gets shows like this anymore. only reality tv BS from now on. 😢
I love this! It's motivating. I know most would be at work, but it's fun to watch. The Kitchen with Katie Lea and Sonny is no where near as good. Plus Emeril is an actual Chef, as in worked the hours still.

Wow, my mother and I are great fans of his, we loved watching him on Who's the Boss? and when he did The Tony Danza Show for just those few seasons. He is a wonderful television personality, and for him to guest on Emeril Live and help Emeril with those good-looking dishes, what a real treat!
