Thanks for bringing Emerald back he is why I became a chef in the first place never understood why the Food Network biotin but they pay Guy Fieri 70 million dollars for 3 years go figure

I watched BAM an emeril documentary at high school twice his love of food and music inspires me to be a chef just like him.
