Is there anyone more endearing then Jacques? Handsome, well-spoken, and an absolute wizard in the kitchen.
Emeril Live was THE best show on TV at that time. My father and I used to watch it religiously.
Actually one of Emerils best shows
Loved this episode! Jacques was always one of my favorite cooks on PBS so to see him with Emeril was great!
Two of the Best Ever! I miss Emeril Live.
Jacques is the best cook I ever seen
Two masters in the kitchen.
Hi 2 of my favorite chefs of all time thanks for uploading this video good health & success on your future programs
My 2 favorite chefs ❤️🙏
The best!
Jacques' apple tart looked amazing! I also liked how Emeril put together that vegetable terrine. It looked like a square pinwheel.
They made a BIG mistake when this show went off the air in favor of "competitive cooking" There was an audience for both.... this one is missed ... such a cool format with live audience, and band.
I never missed an episode back in the day.
Right. Two people at home in front of the audience. No posturing. Bravo.
PBS, and Hungry TV do more of these type of shows nowadays.
Legends!
People in audience incredibly lucky to be there.
This is timeless, that book was published in 2007.
Jacques Pépin was a wonderful chef, my idol.
He still is
Well, that explains why the fried flounder & orange sorbet were so good at Ho-Jo's 60 yrs. ago - Chef Jacque was runnin' the show! Really, best fried flounder EVER!
Lobster dishes, Souffle, Fancy Succotach, Fruit tarts for dessert
...he loved his mother so much...almost always mentions first...
Gonna be a big one, Hilda!
Jaques is the Led Zeppelin of cooking.
I remember this dude Jacques back in the 1970's....LOL!!!
