This panel conversation brings together a stellar lineup of women design voices-educators, practitioners, gallerists, and more-each of whom places community building and collaboration at the heart of their work. From championing more and better opportunities for underrepresented voices to cultivating a culture of care and supporting the next generation, this revealing discussion draws on participants’ experiences of doing the work to shed light on the tools and models we have to support one another in the field.
