Hand plane shelves (Tool wall make over) DIY Display your hand tools

  • In this video I take some scrap pieces of walnut and hard maple and build holders/shelves for my hand planes. These holders anchor directly to the wall and hold the larger planes snug enough I wont have to be concerned with any vibrations causing them to fall and they remove from the holders with a slight tug.     Excellant work. For safety reasons I might have used the key hole bit numerous times on a long piece of wood then did all the cutting for the pieces the shelves are on.
