I'm visiting your country on 7th may, landing at BKK airport, want to explore Bangkok Thailand but no guide on whom I can trust.. if you're free on 7th may you can help me to explore
Bangkok is an amazing city and been lucky enough to visit there twice. I did the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, Chao River Cruise (day and night), Asiatique Riverfront, sky decks at Mahanakhon Building and Baiyoke Tower, Lumphini Park (see a couple of monitor lizards), Chinatown and day trip to Ayutthaya
Did you use public transportation to get to these places or hire a driver? Just wondering how hard to navigate on our own. Also did you purchase tours ahead of time?
@@llamamama9781 I did purchase tours ahead of time but used the metro system to get around instead of using taxi drivers who will rip you off. I did find BKK quite easy to navigate around
Thank for this great video. My family and I just left Thailand and were able to capture the sites and tours on this video. We also added Koh Samui to our itinerary and visited the elephant sanctuary and Angthong National Marine Park. We had a wonderful time as this was some of my family members first visit. Highly recommend. 😊
Thanks for this! I just got back from Thailand and went to most of these places, we visited that waterfall at kanchanaburi as well as toured the river Kwai in a house raft overnight! Was great
@@darlenefitterer3710 I actually just booked a tour with Intrepid Travel, so everything was sorted for you.. and it was totally worth it as we did things I would not have known was possible! like thr raft as well as hiking up the mountains and stayed with hill tribe people in bamboo huts and stuff :)
Wouldn't the clubs make each other's music louder and louder I would go there again and remove the many employees who try to lure customers in and make everything a little less stressful Now it's just total sensory overload
Way the best guide to Bangkok I’ve watched. Thank you and well done. I’m so tired of seeing very little except the presenters face. Very informative and comprehensive. We are going this year.
Welcome to the land of smiles. Thailand has smiles and friendly people for every traveler, and if you have problems in Thailand that are not resolved, I apologize and hope everyone is happy in Thailand throughout their travels❤️🇹🇭
Thanks for posting this one. We watched it at the airport yesterday and arrived in Bangkok today to start a 2 month trip in SE Asia. Netherlands + USA couple here. Cheers 🍻
Thanks! Have a great trip around Southeast Asia! ☺️ Cheers to another international couple hah! We just spent 6 weeks in Thailand and are going to release more videos. Going to Malaysia tomorrow
I cant wait to visit Bangkok next year in March Thanks for this interesting video Im adventurous but i wont try the scorpion food lol 😅 Cant wait till my trip to the beauty of North Thailand
I’m Visiting Thailand in a couple of weeks and this seems to be very informative. I’ll probably use some of your recommendations. So, Thank you in advance 🤣🙏
Great video thanks so much for sharing a bit of your experiences there. I am looking forward to be in Bangkok beginning of September. Maybe if you’re still there, we can make a RUclips or two together the rest of the week.
Thank you for a lovely video. I watched from different people, I didn't like them. Thank you for the tips. We already bought the tickets, so we can't wait to see everything. 😇💛
Thanks for the informative video! Keen watching a muay thai match too! Just wondering, for transportation is it more advisable to rent a van for a group with elderly?
Thank you for showing the world how beautiful of Thailand. Tomorrow I will be on the plane to visit my family in Thailand for 3 weeks. I’m so excited. Your video gave me some tips for this trip. Thank you again ❤
This is a fantastic video, can I ask how many days do you recommend to stay in Bangkok and its area, so we can see most of the things in this video? I'm trying to plan the trip :)
We’d say 3 days is enough 🤩 Bangkok is nice, but Thailand has a lot more to offer beyond it. So depending on how much time you have, I’d mix in some of the beaches/islands in the south and mountains in the north as well 😇
I have watched your Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai videos. Would you know where to go for fresh durian fruits/other tropical fruits? Would the night markets have it?
The night markets typically have it! There’s lots of delicious fruits to choose from. Definitely try the dragon fruit, mangosteen, coconuts, and mango! So delicious 😁
Hi, love your videos, the only missing is how to commute to get to those places you mentioned, for example the floating market, how did u commute to get there ? any suggestions? thanks
We booked a tour to the floating market as it is a bit out of the city! We left a link for the tour we booked in the description below the video. Other than that, we got mostly around by GRAB (which is the Asian version of Uber). It was cheap, easy, and efficient!
@@worldwildhearts Thanks, appreciate your reply, I wonder if the heavy traffic in Bangkok, it would be okay to take GRAB anyways? I am trying to decide if I should take GRAB and take my time exploring the markets or by taking the tour it might be limited, any suggestions? thanks again, happy new year 2025
Nice video! The Asian monitor lizards are called ตัวเงินตัวทอง (silver & golden lizards) in Thailand. Couple of my friends studied in a university in Nakorn Pathum (2-3 hours from bkk). These lizards just hung out with all students in the classrooms. lol. Everyone was just acting cool. It was quite normal. 😅
I am looking fir a app to help navigate bkk. Traffic is a nightmare n want to explore with family so no taxis wanna go silom skywalk ko san n siam Square please recommend. Love to do canal boats theyre fun.
Grab App as we mention at the end of our video! That's how we always got around. There are lots of metro's as well which are more efficient during traffic hours.
Im going to Thailand on october for transmission festival. Im going solo. Im nervous and excited. How much is a tour guide ? Im new to all this ! Thank you
It was when we visited! Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm are the best days to visit. But you can also go on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (limited sections are open)
I really wanna try the street food because it looks delicious! But after a couple bouts of food poisoning overseas (and on planes), I just want to avoid that if possible!
2-3 days is enough if you're planning to visit more places in Thailand! After all, it's a big city and Thailand has more to offer than that... like the southern beaches or northern mountains
The floating market you just showed, i went there a TAXI scam driver took us, for the boat ticket they charged us 6000BHT ~ 164USD so please who is going there be-careful
Oh no that’s such an awful experience. We joined a guided tour, which prevents these kind of situations. Never ever get into a taxi, tuk tuk or boat without negotiating the price first
As a Thai ppl. Thank you so much for making cool VDO. Welcome everyone to our country. Enjoy the culture , shopping , nature and Thai food.
