The game gave me a PK crossbow and bolt variations when I joined another player(from a random glitch). Later on I rolled back my story knowing that I would lose it, but instead it just reset me to directly before I got it. This makes me think that we shouldn’t even lose anything.

If you saw their instagram and Twitter comments, people were hyped and they didn't like this as a joke since so many are Pokémon fans and the fact they made a small trailer just to joke the community

I don't even doubt it anymore. Nothing but disappointment from these guys. First their game with the crappy story and cut content with the same 3 endings, then their gladiator update (execs saw train to Busan 2) and then their multiverse nonsense (they saw current marvel movies) and i don't doubt they would copy palworld next

But the game is at this point more than decent and is shaping up to be good on its own right. Is part 1 better? On some things yes but many people have nostalgia glasses blinding them. Part 1 became a great game after the Following. Certainly didn't start that way and the story was so so. There was no ending boss until The Following. Dying Light 2 still draws people back. Most other games I have I play, beat, then go off to the next game. Dying Light 2 is one of the very few I come back to regularly. Dead Island 2, which is the main competition, I played through it and its DLC and done. Nothing to do after story at all.
@@darkforgiven360 right!? And with tower raid coming out soon it will hopefully be a mode that will keep players playing with infinite replay ability. The only thing dying light 1 had close to that was prison raid which was fun but usually had the same thing happening over and over again
@@shepe7718 It takes more than Tower raid. Techland doesn't focus on small details that made e3 and dl1 great and instead adds content and then they break something in game. Game has alot of issues and they are literally adding stuff from e3 and dl1 after 2 years which DL1 had since launch
