What a fun little slice of an enormous trail. The Maah Daah Hey Trail is one of the best bikepacking routes in the USA and from what I rode it must be an awesome experience.
The scenery was ever-changing and beyond interesting. All kinds of things to keep your mind active and thinking about the millions of years of creative destruction that formed this area.

It’s very satisfying when you slide the state into all the other ones on your magnetic map
This is so much more beautiful than I imagined ND to be.
I grabbed my invisible brakes when u were sliding in that invisible curve lol
I raced in the Maah Daah Hey 100 this summer for the first time. It was the most challenging and rewarding thing I’ve ever done. Pumped for next year!

This is by far my favorite trail of the shred series. Amazing and beautiful country. I dream about trails like that.

Great seeing the Shred nearing completion, I would add to your comments about sharing as much of who you are in the video, my boys and I met you at patreon ride in FL at Santos, you were super nice and took time to talk to everyone. At one point I was off from the group ride and my boys told me about how you stopped to check on them as they waited for me to catch up, it made an impression on them and me. Enjoying watching your adventure, hope to "see you on the trail" again some day.

Love the "video cards" of these trails. Nice to see also the trailheads, and local people as guides. Regarding negative comments, this is why we have two ears, one goes in , other out.
I just went to this trail and just so happened to do the exact same route as you. It's honestly world class. The trail maintenance did get worse as we went on, but still super fun and beautiful.
Keep up the good work and ignore the negative commenters. Thanks for posting this video btw. I'm always looking for cool trails in each state for vacations.
