1 year passed and I have the same problem with the new version. I had SU 2020 and Installed SU PRO 2022 now. If I open folders with 2022 and save it the preview doesn't exist anymore It just shows the SU icon. I have tried your ways but didn't work

That's also what i'm confused about, i have a 2021 sketchup. But in here and the other is only gives a one way solution (through repairing with a new one😒). Or...do i must have to install 2015 first then fix it with 2021? 😮‍💨

Переустановка из Панели управления не сработала. Запустил сам установочный файл .exe
Переустановил SU 2023 не удаляя установленный, наложением по верх рабочей. Всё сработало. Превьюшки файлов стали показывать картинки.
Все плагины .rbz не удалились, остались рабочими, включая Vray-6. Сторонних плагинов .rb у меня небыло и не знаю как с ними.
В общем, тщательно удалите другие версии SU, а нужную оставьте и не удаляя установите ещё раз её поверх уже рабочей.
