- What’s up guys, today I’m gonna show you how to remove the door panel from a 2002 Honda Civic Coupe. I’m also going to show you how to replace the 6 1/2 speakers located on the door as well as the tweeters. I'm just replacing the tweeters but I'm gonna show you how to remove the door panel and the 6.5 inch door speakers.
* Tweeters are Kickers not Kenwood.

A bro so I took off the door panels changed the old factory speakers to some new kenwood ones I didn't have to splice anything I bought the harness already made on Amazon the problem I'm having im not getting any power or sound could it be a blow fuse ?
Check the fuses, check the wires to make sure you connected negative to negative and positive to positive. Plug in your old speakers and if the old ones work then maybe the new speakers are defective. It could also be the harness that’s bad. Check out these things I just mentioned. @@JohnnysWhips thanks for replying bro so I changed my driver speaker today and it actually worked but the trouble I'm having is the passenger speaker there's no sound going to it and I gave up I checked all my fuses so maybe it's the harness but I don't know we're to check have any ideas lol
@@antoniodelgado4939 man …idk, try checking the balance on the stereo settings to make sure you have sound going to that speaker. Let’s us know 👍

So if your replacing just the tweeters there’s no need to remove the whole door correct ?
You’re right. If you’re going to use the same wires you can just remove the little triangle plastic piece where the tweeter goes on the door but I had to replace all the wiring so I had to remove the door panel. Thanks for watching. I appreciate it. Let me know if you have any questions.👍
@@JohnnysWhips so I did replace my tweeter I recommend just taking the whole door off because the wiring I have a 2004 Honda Civic ex and it came with factory clips that I couldn’t find anywhere so I hard wired them together with some electric tape works like a gem appreciate the Video 💯

I bought them in Downtown Los Angeles. There’s a street there where all they sell is auto electronics. I’m sure you can find them online. Maybe try Amazon. Thanks for watching. 👍
