This whole thing made no sense complete waste of money on auto civic that'll never see more then 100hp dx series literal econo motor in that shit box. For those that dont know and think all hondas come with VTEC. They don't. These dudes are straight geeks lisp and all
@@farmerbobbygrows3338 yup that d series sohc lol
Dorman parts are anything but quality.
man civics really went all the way downhill since the 6gen
Em’s were the last “real” civic after that they god rid of the double a arm suspension and they started getting heavier
The 7th gen coupes are EM2's lol.
But, yes, pretty much anything after 2000 has seen a downgrade in suspension.
the 8th gens are reliable as hell!!!
this video made me buy my 05 civic coupe lx ; ) ty good sir been had it for 8 months or more
How is it! Automatic? I've been thinking of getting one to upgrade a bit from my 99 civic . But I just need a rear main seal and the timing belt to be changed out soon plus water pump.
Keep it going! Just bought a 2003 civic 1.7 stick shift
I got a 05 civic ex special edition coupe and this videos amazing I got sm rust too but this videos exactly how I’d build mine
Welcome to the glorious country of rust...Canada lol. All that rust underneath gives me severe anxiety.
Not a huge civic fan but this vid and budget friendly build is sweet
Manual transmission swap needed( ebay makes a complete swap kit)?
The good ole hot air intake
these ebay motors fun facts are louder than the exhaust leak
Maybe I'm the only one that doesn't like these kinds of builds. I want long in-depth detail builds.
I like both
This was my car back in 2004, a beautiful silver EM2, loved it. Imagine putting a K20 in it..
Speed academy?
I see what you did there.....
*chuckling*
Glad this video popped up. I have a 2003 lx manual 300k miles. A lot of great ideas I will be using, thanks.
