Great job Olight! Just bought the R50 Pro and just waiting for the M2 to come out. I like other people love the magnetic charger . It's awesome how you can stick it on any metal surface and many flashlights can't. Keep up the good work!
Olight is top notch, used my S30R Baton III almost everyday at my work. Never had a problem

I just bought the olight S1R baton turbo S 900 lumen version and man I'm very impressed with this little light it is very very bright for such a small light.

Thermite lol....that's funny, at work that's what we call flashlights. I just purchased a pistol light from them with extra rechargeable batteries and the charger.
waiting for that flash light with the tactical switch on the back... still not out yet it looks like hurry the hell up lol

non-replaceable batteries are an absolute deal breaker.
James Lewis Wait. The batteries come out. Just because magnetic charge doesn’t mean they dont cone out. Unscrew cap and change em out.
Some, like the Nova H1R are... but my understanding is that these are not... and even the H1R uses a modified cell so that if you use a normal 18650 it cannot charge in the magnetic charger clip.
These were at shot show 6 months ago and the 25000 and 12000 lumens is still not out. At the show they said 3 months max. So I guess customer service already has shown not too good.

Sorry to hear that about their customer service. I haven't had any problems with mine, fortunately, so I haven't had to contact them.
I have had GREAT customer service with them. My Olight O10 went south on me, the switch failed after about 3 years. They replaced the whole light, and sent a new battery and charger with it.

Hmmm. I tried to contact them many times over several days and learned in the US, Olight has a T-mobile cell for support with no one on the other end and VM full and an email address they never answer. Where did you get "phenomenal" support?

I already have the Thrunite TN36 UT (NW) & the Thrunite TN42 (CW). I am very satisfied with these flashlights, the TN36 UT is the perfect flooder for searching mushrooms in the darkness- I am a passionate mushroom picker and found out, that the mushrooms are more visible with this great thrower @ night than during the day- The Thrunite TN 42 is with a range of 1550 meters the best thrower I know and perfect to search the distance.
I wanted to buy the TN36 2017 (NW)- and saw your presentation of the Olight X9 Marauder & Olight X7R. These both lamps are really FANTASTIC-a must have and I will buy both for sure.
I have 2 very important questions concerning the X9 & X7R:
1) Are both flashlights powered by 18650 batterys or by integrated battery packs ??
2) Are they available in different versions (NW /Neutral White) and ( CW /Cool White) or will they standardised in one spectrum?

I mast say, with all those different setting, it makes it diffecult to know in witch mode you are. Why not make a rotateable ring with an arrow that point to the mode. (Left=low, right=high). It whould make everything much easyer

The deal breaker for me with these flashlights is the magnetic charging, I prefer micro USB, we all have those cables lying around, they're extremely common. If your chucking it in a bug out bag you don't wanna be carrying multiple cords plus if you lose it you cant just grab another from the draw. All magnetic is, is fancy.

I hate those magnetic chargers. Thats why i bought an acebeam ec50 gen II instead of the olight r50..
We are really sorry you hate magnetic chargers: they work really well.
The problem for me isnt how they work. I believe those magnets are easier to use than normal micro-usb chargers. Thing is, i have to carry around an extra charger just for my flashlight. I always have a powerbank ,a car charger and a wall charger in my bag for my phone... it would be nice if olight let me use those instead of the magnets.
Thats why i went with acebeam.
