2. Is it available for share trading or investing ? = No it is for starting your own business, either trading business ( buy things and selling them ) , manufacturing, or providing services online or offline

In short only thing is bank won't ask for collateral, guarantee and 2% less interest on below 50k. Other then that it's a normal loan.👎
There's two way approval. SIDBI/DIC/KU etc who wants poor to avail the facility. Bank wants rich to complete their target. Often, the targert is completed to selected people in their contact list by window dressing the applicant.

Banks doesn't give loan directly to the common people. They are more interested to give loan as personal loan. So that they charge more interest via their tei up vendors.
And they doesn't give loan to cc account.

Main gaya tha apply karne... 2 saal ka business ITR filing aur bank statement mangti hai. Aur unsecured loan max upto 2 lakhs tak hi milega. Ye sab SBI me bataya. Ground reality is different.

I have tried to get Mudra loan in bank of Baroda & in ICICI Malad, Mumbai my personal experience is very bad that they are very reluctant to share anything regarding the same.

1. PMEGP scheme - project costing up to ₹25 lac. Without collateral security, loans are sanctioned. Furthermore, subsidy upto 35% is received of project cost. In trading, project cost upto ₹10 lacs. Upto 95% bank finance available. Applicant should be unemployed and have some education qualifications, minimum 8th class. Finance in working capital is maximum upto 40%. Rest TL.
ODOP - One district one product scheme. Where any particular district is given particular product and for mfr that product bank finance is available without collateral and even subsidy is given.
3. As per RBI guidelines, loans upto ₹10 lacs are given without collateral property. Bank can't even mortgage even if customer offer the same otherwise it will be default on bank's hand.
