  • @uttiosaha4692
    @uttiosaha4692 Месяц назад +5

    Sir, 2-3 questions hy.. Please answer.
    1. Assuming 12% is not top high, on total portfolio? ( mutual fund can give you 13-14%.. SGB 9% FD/PPF 7% max.. So overall portfolio growth may be 10%)
    2. In the current scenario the SGB price is even higher than physical gold.. Is it good to take physical gold at this juncture (for lump sum). Also, govt is not giving new SGB's
    3. Why are you fond of NPS. Why can't we divide that amount in MF/gold and FD?

    Hello Pranjal sir,
    As per my understanding, buying SGB per month is possible only if you buy it from secondary market. But buying from secondary market might impose tax implications. Are you suggesting this?
    Alternatively, we can gather the money somewhere (say in savings account) and buy SGB whenever govt issues it - in this way we can avoid tax implication apart from the 2.5% interest we will be getting.
    Could you please clarify which one of the above options are you referring to?

    Pranjal Sir,
    Thank you for the informative video.
    I am 33 years old with a take-home salary of 0.9 lacs (after housing loan EMI, tax, and NPS investment of 30k), and my gross salary is 1.6 lacs. I have been working for 10 years as a government officer, with no financial liabilities and from a well-to-do family, but I aim to be self-dependent.
    I have invested heavily in LIC (over 10 lacs) and cannot exit. I also do SIPs of around 30k monthly across Large Cap, Mid Cap, Flexi Cap, and Small Cap funds, with an MF balance of 13-14 lacs and an NPS balance of 37 lacs. I stopped investing in PPF. My goal is to reach 1 Cr in investments excluding NPS.
    I have physical gold worth 14-15 lacs and plan to buy SGB annually for my daughter (5 years old) to accumulate 300-400 grams for her marriage. I own my house and have adequate life and health insurance from my employer and personal plans.
    Could you suggest an aggressive MF strategy to help me achieve my 1 Cr target without NPS and SGB ?
    Thank you.

    @Yadavendra. Месяц назад

    Using the power of compounding, I can calculate the estimated value of your investment.
    Assuming a consistent growth rate of 12% per annum, your investment of ₹10,000 would grow to approximately:
    ₹10,000 x (1 + 0.12)^28 (years) ≈ ₹1,12,499.17
    By 2050, your initial investment of ₹10,000 could potentially grow to over ₹1.12 lakh, assuming the 12% annual growth rate remains constant.

      चक्रवृद्धि ब्याज की शक्ति का उपयोग करके, मैं आपके निवेश के अनुमानित मूल्य की गणना कर सकता हूँ।
      12% प्रति वर्ष की निरंतर वृद्धि दर मानते हुए, आपका ₹10,000 का निवेश लगभग इस प्रकार बढ़ेगा:
      ₹10,000 x (1 + 0.12)^28 (वर्ष) ≈ ₹1,12,499.17
      2050 तक, आपका ₹10,000 का प्रारंभिक निवेश संभावित रूप से ₹1.12 लाख से अधिक हो सकता है, यह मानते हुए कि 12% वार्षिक वृद्धि दर स्थिर रहती है।

      Abhi ka rate me SGB is even higher than Physical gold. Is it good time to take.
      Also, 2.5% we get on releasing amounts not on the last traded price.
      Not criticising you.. I have even 50-60gm of SGB.. But got some lumpsum money. What's your view.

    • @kambrar001
      @kambrar001 Месяц назад

      @@uttiosaha4692 yes. Physical gold price at your local place is more expensive than gold trade price. And when you add making charges and gst, sgb still comes out to be 10% cheaper. Even if you are buying physical coins with minimum making charge.

  • @sandeepbatra5439
    @sandeepbatra5439 Месяц назад +1

    A basic question- instead of investing in NPS or PF, cant we invest that amount in mutual fund and after retirement we can use systematic withdrawal plan to withdraw funds on regular basis??
    Because I am assuming returns in mutual funds would be more than NPS or PF??

    • @kundusayan1
      @kundusayan1 Месяц назад +1

      If you are employed, you have to subscribe to pf/nps.. depending upon your employer( provided there are 20 or more people working in your organisation)

    • @kundusayan1
      @kundusayan1 Месяц назад

      Also there is a question of discipline.. you can’t withdraw full amount from NPS even if you wish to.. so chance that you will end up using the retirement corpus for some other purpose is almost zero.

    Hello Pranjal Kamra.
    I am your follower on RUclips. This message is regarding acquiring knowledge about the role of AMC and mutual fund distributors. I need to know the more suitable choice between buying a mutual fund directly from the AMC website or using a distributor for this purpose like zerodha, groww, coin, phonepe ( more recent addition). I tried to explore online but I did not get any proper answer.
    Kindly help!
    Regards,

    Mutual funds aur SIP agar large cap sirf le rahe then bhai bekar hai bhaiya , aap gyaan dena chod do
    Hum paisa lagana chod dete hein.
    Matlab itna safe kaun khelta hai bhai? Main 1 saal se (kam hai as I am a student) dekh raha aapko aur baaki kuch influencer ko , large cap mein sip ya MF karne se 100x better hai stock pick directly main kar loon. Think it logically.

I am interested in adopting a straightforward and replicable passive income strategy that can serve as a supplement to, and eventually a replacement for, my current earned income.
