Yup, if a home loan is at 8.5% commercial loan is at least 10%. also a 30 lakh property doesn't have a rental income of 6.1% or higher at least in Mumbai, you cannot find a 30 lakh property in a good location. e.g., in Bhiwandi which is a hub for warehouses property rates are upwards of 50 Lacs for 2400 Sq Ft. but only have rental income of 5% which makes no sense to buy and pay 50% of the EMI out of pocket.
