Selling the house is good advice. Right now, it's occupied and generating 7K in rental income. If it were to go unoccupied, the EMI would consume almost 80% of her monthly income, which could lead to a debt trap.
This episode is very emotional and highlights the importance of loved ones and family. Prayers are always with her, hoping she overcomes her financial challenges 👏
Why to move on rent so early. Stay with parents & when improve financially , then think of staying separately. For a time being follow low profile, means ,spend considering expenses & save as much as possible. Rest all advice is perfect.
It's really good suggestion. I do not know If she Convinced parents to sell that house. Normally parents will oppose such decisions due to emotional attachment with house. But in this situation selling that house is best decision to become financially stable.
Sister, don't get nervous . Keep in mind , there is light behind the cloud . Ups and downs are the part of life. Patience is bitter but it's result is sweet.
I love you are helping people ❣️ but Ankur please take a initiative that whatever money you earns in that kind of video from adsense you should give to the person which in the video...because they needed that the most...and it's very lovely help from you.... Your adsense money will really adds value to her life..and you will get dua from them. If you guys are agree thumps up👍
For your information Ankur doesn't earn a single penny through his RUclips channel because he has not monetized it. His channel is for awareness and educational purposes only. ❤
The profit from the sale of property is more than 7.5 lacs plus she has approx. 3 lacs salary income. So it will be taxed and it will be 12.5% without indexation according to new rules.
9:50 somewhat relatable with my situation... lost my father 3 months ago and struggling to decide what to do without any experience as a 18 year guy 😢😢
@rishumaann trying to do something extra than traditional education... But nowadays focused on entrance exam for getting a decent govt college... Then I will try my best for my interested field
@subhamdas5726 might be I know but don't know how to manage the savings my father had done... my mother can't do such things so all the pressure is on my head ... so just waiting for response from warikoo sir if any financial suggestion he will give to me
The whole time I was watching this video, I felt really sad. Don't have any words for what she must be going through. May the almighty give her strength.
Hello Ankur sir, You have give very good advice to sonali. She is in little financial problem, I have a suggestion like what if you can help Sonali from the income comes from this video from RUclips. This is my personal suggestion. Thank you!
good advice sir. Business is the only key to making money, but business is not easy. start with local street fast food, seasonal fruit juice. check your ability. lets do it.

Sir I wish you live a long healthy life so that society can derive values out of your guidance in managing finances which ultimately serve happy human beings in the community.
Ankur sir. Please monetize your channel. Because you are doing great job and after monetize you can donate 50% RUclips earning to these type of person. That will be really a big things and you will get a lot of bless from heart of these type of people
While taking home loan, bank usually buys insurance for the customer, which helps family and bank in a situation like this. So folk, please don't ignore this just to save some money. Life and death is unexpected, don't burden your family.
Assuming her sticking to the present job with same contribution towards EPFO and thinking of retirement at the age 45, then the EPFO shall only give her around 30L approx. (non inflation adjusted) corpus at her retirement age.
She has already paid much of the interest of the loan, no need to move out of your parents house, it would be tough mentally as well. No need to sell, complete the loan with emi and whatever extra money you get as and when your salary grows. In some years, you will own the the house plus incresed rents.
It's called cutting losses short. 1 lakh they paid. 20 lakhs loan. They paid 10 lakhs till now. 18 lakhs left. That's a liability. If she gets back 26 lakhs with sale, and give back 18 remaining to the bank, that is 8 lakhs left. That's just 3 lakhs loss and she is out of her current headache. Those 3 lakhs are nothing once she starts making more money eventually. But that in hand 6-7 lakhs is life changing in terms of mental health, finance, and time.
@codedusting you should also account in the price increase the property may see, because buying assets will get tougher and expensive with time. There is no harm in staying with parents till then. Just keep upskilling and increase in salary should fix her issues.
@ArshdeepSingh-th9fb her parents have other plans. Independence is not negotiable. Moreover, what happens in the future is not something one must worry about in the present especially if it's destroying the present. Once the real estate industry becomes regulated in the Indian market, which may happen in the next few years, prices will collapse.
And in the end my suggestion is that if you want you can buy a two or one room home in any place because you are alone after your daughters marriage so thats enough for you. One two or one room home not flat. You can buy in 8-10 lakhs in any middle class place. Jai Shree Ram 🚩
If she has a home loan and her husband was the main borrower and income earner. Then she can go for an insurance claim as every finance company takes life insurance of the main borrower. I hope this will help her in not selling her house.
