coming from mainland, loveed the taste of Hong Kong milk tea since like 8 year old, the time I first been to Hong Kong. It’s like Hong Kong in one cup. The fact that it’s quite difficult to make it by myself, cause you need a good filter and condensed milk, always make me want to go back there.
Hahaha I have just watched some videos on the standard way of making tea, and it was milk first, shocked me too. But I have to say, as a Chinese, in our mind we would only add milk to lower quality tea, and drinking tea with milk is considered like having soft drink rather than drinking tea.
It's like coffee sometimes, you want it black if you know the blend is good, or flat white, piccolo depends. When it's so so or if you have low expectation of the guy who make it for you, latte or cappuccino.
Thx Torres! I always practice my oral English in your channel 🥰 And i learn language/culture and how to make friends who speak foreign languages in your channel! Love :) Thank you
I love this vlog, Hannah brings her energetic vibe alongside Torres. I love the way she tries to gather so much into a bite at the Shoreditch place. Honestly I find Hong Kong milk tea too strong for my liking. I am tea drinker. Do more collaboration with Hannah in future.
Been testing RUclips’s subtitle function these days. The video title you see should be a language that you are familiar with? Do you guys prefer it like this??
Not even reliable, really, my friend Ben tested it before and what it irritates me is that the subtitle function always keep mismatching his dialogue and any word he mentioned.
What type of fish, though? In NZ we also have a good range of fish, the chips do vary, but easily beats McDonald's. I never have 'dine-in' fish n' chips, though.
Hannah like her English Tea With Added Milk better than the HK Style Milk Tea. She would like the Milk Tea of HK More if use of evaporated milk more than sweeten condense milk. Although they did use evaporated milk, but added syrup. She like it without the sweet taste. On the other hand, she can really taste the flavor of the tea itself because English Tea probably used different tea leaves compare to HK Style,
My another British fd tells me he adds milk first then tea. He saids it's coz ppl in the old time afraid the expensive ceramic tea pot will be broken under high heat, so English ppl puts milk first.
You asked Hannah "What is British [style]?" Good question, I don't think we know ourselves. I personally don't like the refined version of Full English. I prefer a fry-up in workman cafes, that's more authentic.
It depends on the area. It's still cheaper outside of downtown. I'm from the NT and you can still get one for well under $20, maybe even less than $15.
Really like Hannah, hope to see more videos with her later.
Yeah, she is lovely and cutie😻

Torres what's the name and the location of the restaurant? Some good suggestion, would like to try it. Thanks!
What type of fish, though? In NZ we also have a good range of fish, the chips do vary, but easily beats McDonald's. I never have 'dine-in' fish n' chips, though.
I feel like Torres should make a video about places in Hong Kong only the locals go
Deep fried Oreo (or anything else lol) is a very common state fair food in southwest US
Torres you are my idol

0:37 Torres you did a Northern accent imitating her Southern English accent.
her smile looks very sweet
Really want to know where I can listen to Hannah’s podcast? Apple podcast or Google podcast?
U can find it on Apple podcast
I searched but no result😢wired...Can anyone subscribe it in mainland China?
Hong Kong style tea uses evaporated milk and not condensed milk.
Vietnamese coffee uses condensed milk
she's cute
Looks great!

Would be good to include the links for the locations for those restaurants you went to.
The only food I appreciate in the UK is Sunday roast lol
When you talk about sunshine girls, you should check out Aussie girls
Torres, she is going to fall in love with you!
I haven't been back to HK for a while..... But $21 for a cold milk tea?!?!?
It depends on the area. It's still cheaper outside of downtown. I'm from the NT and you can still get one for well under $20, maybe even less than $15.
Can’t get enough of her British accent
Torres’s film really got features
Why is the cold one milk tea more expensive? Cuz ice ?
Can u provide the name of those restaurants?
"Lei ho leng chai" means have a good day. ahahha
Whichever man she says it to, WILL definitely have a good day! 😄
This makes me want to go back to give another chance to Hong Kong.
Torres: Omg I’m speechless😂
the girl is so cute :) wanna meet her in person
Good, I like this vlog.
I like this girl!
I really want to know why cold one is always more expensive 😂? It’s the same price in taiwan.
Maybe cold ones have ice cubes - extra cost 🤣
Definitely far from the authentic English breakfast but the food in Asia is certainly super delicious and relatively inexpensive 🙌💯😋👍
Pretty spot on. The fancier places serve it just like this now.
she have such strong British accent...
