I've never thought about owning a for police cruiser but I'm sure they were more kept up in maintenance than most other cars. Congratulations even though from a year ago.
in Pa where i live the wrecking yards have some Superior busses years ago i seen the ones by Superior coach the 70s up to the early 1980s they were made by the Sheller globe corporation up to that time frame as far as i can recall they were on International Loadstar chassis the one up to superior liquidating its vehicle line was built on a International s series chassis. i think the post sheller globe models were prior to Mid Bus running it. as wrecking yards have busses chances are their engines are pulled and parts stored in them. i believe Wayne used different chassis the last was the international 3800 chassis they were on. i seen two sites one is BGA school busses and Northwest bus sales. as BGA sold some superior busses one had a wheelchair lift.
