In 1 year I lost 90 lbs cycling, eating right, and intermittent fasting. Then I did calisthenics and grew a beard and girls are approaching me like I'm fucking jesus!

Fit is very correct on self improvements potential because even me I am working on myself right now still and I got a lot more work to do, but when I began clean shaving without having a beard and using hair gel and styling my hair back along with some decent polo shirts, I been getting quite a bit of female attention.
