It breaks my heart to know, that we have lived in a dystopian world since 1945! I have known since about 7yrs of age...I am now 67, and have been watching clarification of my juvenile determinations for about 30yrs now!!!

I had no idea this film was even on this channel and its mine haha.
The last twenty minutes were very thought provoking. I’m not sure what you would call this type of movie but it harbors on being a very theological concept in terms of the powers we think control our lives, our ingrained ideas of reality and where each person has to decide where they draw a line in the sand. Good job! Very different.

@@bohemoth1 It's so realistic, it's actually scary as Hell. After all, dystopia IS Hell, and that's exactly where things are going. The organ thefts. The corruption. The slavery. The way they can shut down cars when and where they want! Only thing that was phony was his reluctance to just kill them when he had the chance, since he was basically 'already screwed just for defending himself by killing the first one of his attackers. The only bright spot was the old guy with the bow, and the kid with the pizza.

Keep or get yourself some older car (no ECM and engine without electronics) and make sure they are in good condition, just in case.
You could give a 13 year old an I phone and a few friends and they could come up with this. Except better.
This is a great movie. Different it's not action packed. You should give it a chance and watch it. Great story. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks.

What I learned about this movie is it is real life nothing is fake anymore what you see it is really what you get you just haven't ran into it yet so always pay attention to everything and anything because there is a difference
So everything we see is truth?
In the high-drug and high-crime in the urban environment, other trouble makers surrounded a black couple who had breakdown in their suv van stranded under the train bridge, however, the elderly homeless hobo who was the highly skillful archer, and the boy who was the pizza-deliver boy later using his baseball bat came to befriend a black couple in the way to the wedding. No towing truck showed up . Both of the elderly homeless man and the pizza delivery boy saved the black couple at last as they drove the skull-masked hoodies and the crooked police officer out with a force. It's an good example to show that a bad place in the urban area of any cities is not safe nor secure.
You need to watch the very ending AFTER the credits. They get captured by the high command of that particular crime ring....

That movie scares the Hell out of me. So WHAT about the bad acting and other low budget tech problems, the MESSAGING is awesome, and that stuff is playing out real time NOW! What struck me most, was the casual allowance of swords, bows, etc. Wouldn't a police state be down on ALL weapons? Also, why didn't he just shoot that cop when he had the chance? After all, he was clearly and unambiguously trying to kill THEM, and they were already legally screwed by the first self defense killing, right? So by the laws they were guilty already, and seems like they should have just shot, and run like Hell into the chaos. But, they were perhaps too civilized for their own good? Not that we all don't have some of that in us? Trusting too much in 'the system' to do the right thing for us if we are attacked? But considering how things were, I think I'd have taken my chances on the street, and joined guys like that old man with the bow, bless his faithful heart! After all, that cop basically spelled it all out for them. The guy could have told the chick with the knife that even if she killed Brae, SHE would die next. But that's all just back-seat driving on my part, and how is the average person supposed to become super action hero without warning? It is an interesting question though. They were TOLD they were on a targeted hit list by VERY POWERFUL people, and ALREADY had no safe haven!? Did they think they could just go back to their lives?? How much valuable stuff could they have salvaged from the car, maybe cashed out their cards and savings, and go underground as street people? Homeless are virtual non entities and the perfect cover for those with nothing to lose. As per what that movie showed us, I'm betting they could have made it, IF they had killed every one of those first four goons, cashed out their accounts, and run like Hell. Gotta wonder....
Yeah, you already need a special permit to walk around with a sword. lol You can only legally take them or ship them directly to your house and never walk outside with it ever again.
I hope you all waited past the first credits...surprise ending. 😉

A low budget flick. Nice couple gets stranded. 2 folks helping and thugs doing their thing! No real violence which in the real world would be dealt with more crudely.
It’s a good message given the parameters of the situation.

I'm more scared than you're more concerned with Tucker being in the intro versus the topic being discussed. Guns are necessary for a truly Free society to function freely. Bad friends and how come they couldn't just leave the car and walk? Not like you can really protect the car from getting scrapped even if you're in it. Like you're gonna sit in a bad area and just wait for help that's not coming any time soon?
@@breewashere Staying with the vehicle is first standard survival procedure. They had every reason to stay. Did you notice it was raining, AND they thought help was on the way?? Not to mention that an abandoned/unattended car is way more likely to get jacked or at least stripped?

And Colorado's funeral homes have been selling healthy AND diseased body parts on the black market for 10 years & no one is stopping them. People have their funerals, the bodies are stuffed with pvc pipe because they're even selling the bones, muscle tissue, etc. They just busted another one. Excuse? Colorado regulates beauty salons more strictly & have no concerns about the illegal body selling. The average human body parts in money? $250,000. And that's from a few years ago.
When I was working for HFD, sometimes the EMTs/Paramedics were letting patients die on scene because they knew of people in the hospitals waiting for donors. My driver's license status, not that it means anything in Colorado? HELL no, I'm not a donor. Their latest law they passed this year was to turn us into human compost. And I'm sure that will be after they've butchered us, sold the parts & turn what's left into fertilizer.

I'm half way in and I'm BORED. I sped it up to 1.25x the speed at 15-20 mins and still bored. I get the message they're going for but god.
