Lift Every Voice and Sing - Al Green and Deniece Williams

For those of who you enjoyed my first posting of the Lift Every Voice and Sing session, here is a 5 minute documentary done by a New York City local news station. It features interviews with the wonderful Ossie Davis and some impromptu singing by the legendary Roberta Flack. We were making history and didn't even know it. Life was grand in the 80's!

This is the best arrangement and
Ensemble of extinguish talents to lift their voices and collaboratively singing the black national anthe. I have never heard of Anyone, singing vocals like this awesome group…The soulful delivery. It should be celebrated in the way that this group of phenomenal artist artists sang it.

We sang a version of this in church yesterday (I’m an old white dude) and I fell in love with it. I searched RUclips and found multiple versions by some well know and not so well know folks. Then I found your version. Today this video was in my suggested videos. I’m glad I figured out you’re the producer. Wow it’s amazing. Thanks!
