    I do find the assumption that protein powder or a protein shake should be seen as a daily part of the diet rather odd. It might be common in America as is sugar in everything but there is no evidence that protein supplements are necessary if you eat a balanced diet.

    This lady does not look really fit and healthy, why would you follow plant based advice if the results are not evident?
