I have been riding for 54 years. What I have seen in all that time with people not wearing helmets is not worth going into,because everyone has their stories. However, I have also seen just as many instances if not more where a helmet, saved someone from their head being crushed. Please always wear a helmet and do not let your children even ride a bike anymore without a helmet. Too many cars too many crazy people. Don’t give me wrong, I ride dirt, super Moto, four wheelers, side-by-side and motocross. No helmet,no ride! Learn it,live it,do it.
the only adults who can make friends as easily as kids are motorcycle people

I was always a 100% Harley guy, and still am, but I really admire what Honda has done here ! I mean you can not deny the beauty of these bikes ! Luv it ! And in the future, who knows, one may suddenly end up in my own garage ! Lol ! Hey !!! I been in Florida for 14yrs, but originally from West Haven, ct. !!! Right on Ocean ave !!! There is no perfect motorcycle IMO. I love them all. I have owned and/or ridden just about every style and make made. Without question…..My current bike, a 98’ Honda Valkyrie F6C is by far the best bike I have ever had the pleasure of owning. Hands down!!

Fury ! The moment that I saw the first Honda promo teaser video in 2009, I knew I had to have one. Thing is, I had just gotten my dream Harley Softail that I'd been wanting for decades, the year before in 2008. Why has Honda done this to me ? I thought. No matter I got one, still have it, no regrets. Old guys that aren't really into motorcycles but like them often think that the bike is really expensive, I always reply that it's a nearly stock off the floor Honda, but those words never register with them. That Honda still makes them over a decade later, even though they are not big sellers, says that some people there also really like this bike. Fury !
That’s the best part about the Fury!!! The looks, the price, the comments, the questions??? it feels great seeing other people jazzed up about your bike… Some people ask if I built it custom myself I gotta tell it’s a Honda fury and they’re shocked!! By fury build is going for that low and mean dragster look but now I want another one to make some other crazy build!!!!! I love all bikes Hondas more than most… The Fury will always be special!!!!!!

Sometimes I do, sometimes not.. most of the time no which is not the best but sometimes you want to feel more freedom aka wind but joking aside trust me I know had a few incidents while wearing one

The Mustang Wide Touring is awesome. I tried the Mustang Tripper also, but didn't like it. But the wide touring seat is great. I also worried it would take away from the lines of the bike, but it's actually not too bad in person and I tell myself that they all look the same when I'm sitting on it. It's so comfortable and supportive and it soaks up rough roads very well. I'm on stock suspension but couldn't get it adjusted to my liking and the seat solved it entirely for me. The lip in the back provides some nice support when accelerating too.

@@Thevalleygarage I forgot, I also tried the C&C solo seat. It was harder than I prefer. But the Mustang wide touring is just right.
Looks awesome! I love how there is such a variety of Furys. All different colors, come with bags, some with Sumo X, some with Air Ride... Us Fury riders should create a once a year event where Furys from all over can migrate and get together! I'd love to meet up sometime!

Much appreciated! It’s gonna be while before I’ll get through. There lots to save up and buy. It’s a great seat. Install is a breeze there only 3 (5mm hex head bolts) unbolt old seat, slide new one on, and bolt back and your good! 👍

i love that 2012. It was the year i wanted since i had another bike that was almost the same color. I ended finding a good deal last weekend on a 2010, and jumped on it. Came with the hard saddle bags, and Cobra speedsters. Needs a tune for the backfire though.
Excellent!! It’s always good to have cash just in case a deal comes around like that you can scoop it up!! The Cobra fi2000 is an auto tuner that you keep plugged in, and it will automatically tune for you!! There are options that are a little bit easier than a power commander… you will have some backfire due to the pair valves on the stock bike. I can be modded to remove some of the popping sounds. I did a pair valve install video to help if you’re curious about that if you weren’t sure.

Normally on Honda's ,I think there is a clutch adjustment down below by the engine.
Yup, So in the case of the Fury there's a 12mm and 14mm nut to push/pull tension. Same goes for up top at then Clutch lever perch ✌️😎
I really wished I new about this meet . I was in jail threw jully 14 . Smh. My 2010 honda fury is all self custome. Wish ther was a way to post a Pic I think u all would love wut iv done to it. Lots of deliberation on this bike.
A fall ride may not happen but there is a chance for a ride next year… only time will tell. It was extremely difficult to get A hold of and fury owners. Or to set up a Fury Only ride to boot

Watch that cell phone mount! I have the same one and the first ride I went with a club my cell phone ended up in pieces on an entrance ramp to the I-25 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The mount was not strong enough to hold against the 70 to 75 mile/hr speeds.

My first manual just got few weeks ago honda 2014 ctx700
218 miles so far and have little more in tank
About 140 miles.. the Fury has a small tank only 3.3 gallons compared other Hondas… I top off at every 100.. the low gas light comes on around 120miles … there is no fuel gauge or revserve tank just Full and low level light ✌️

New out of Crate dealership you’re looking at 12.5.. Used market 5-7k after some mods.. Iv seen bikes as low at 4k. There not a big market for custom stuff it’s harder to sell in my view because they ask too much or people want to mod to there likening.. it’s wayyy easier to add what you want rather than pay more for mods to take off and change to your liking 👍😎

Pity that the Fury has so little power. I think it will aimed at the smaller less experienced riders. The VTX 1800 was the real deal.
Yeah I would have liked a 1800 too.. but she does top out at 110mph.. it’s quick in the turns you can really whip it around like a dirt bike 🤘I love it but to each their own! 😎
The question I got, I'm interested in these fury. I myself I have a sportster. Second one. Question I've got, I know.They are only A 1300 CC engine can you put a 1800 in it. Basically the frame is a v t x . Just curious like we could take an8 83 and put a 1200 in it.
Or we can punch out a 8 83 or a 1200. Can you do that with the fury.
