As a big dawg at 6'3, 300 lbs, i would've liked the city to handle a bit more than 265 lbs. That would've been the model of my dreams. I might even lose weight just to be able to ride it :)

Hey Brother, hope you've been well. The Storm featured in this Video is not the Storm LTD, it is the first Storm released in 2020. I put it with these other two Scooters because it had the same Power issue that the now Storm LTD has (won't get up to Speed). Now in all fairness to MinMotors... they did try to approach the Storm LTD with a fix and I did recieve a RVSD version of the Storm LTD but the rear tire on mine was damaged and I could not do the speed test to determine if all the work and changes they put into it... really made the difference. With all the New Changes and hopefully Improvements, the Tires are unique sizes and we could not just use ANY previous Scooter's Tire. Out of these three Scooters presented... my HONEST choice will be The Dualtron CITY. The unique build of The CITY allows it to hold its own in ANY conversation (the build and creativity place the CITY in a world all by itself) you have to RIDE it to appreciate what I am talking about.
Hi I have the Dualtron city and have some handlebar movement, no stem wobble or anything I just have a little play on the handlebar when turning the wheel. Not sure if this is normal or not?

Of course you know that picking an Electric Scooter is relatively predicated upon personal individual need, budget, use, skill, health, preference, and experience. It's not written in stone that two people agree upon What, Why, How, and When a person chooses their form of alternate eTransportation. Everyone has very different reasons as to WHY they buy their Scooter. That said... I would say that there are several reasons I think a person should choose the Duatron Thunder 2 over the Dualtron Storm (with Swappable Pack) The Dualtron Storm (with Swappable Pack) is an Electric Scooter for experienced Riders ONLY due to its powerful torque and acceleration. It's very twerky jerky and require some amount of time Riding Power Scooters (especially Dualtrons... known for their aggressive SquareWave Controller acceleration) ...on the other hand, the Dualtron Thunder 2 is not as aggressive, pack tons of range with its large Battery and can deliver on performance without all the ADDED twerky jerky as the DT Storm. So I would in this instance point You to the DT Thunder 2 out of the choice you presented due to the aforementioned dis-advantages of that Storm (True to its moniker, The Storm in a word... is unpredictable) yet it is still lotsa fun. I'm an experienced rider (3 years) so I'm not afraid of the speed nor torque. But all that power is useless if u can't get it up to max speed with wobbles. So basically I need to know if the storm stay ability is equivalent to the thunder with let's say a steering damper?
Thanks for the SUB@@tenderbeef0326 that makes you an Official Scootopian Brother. I'm sorry for implying you were not experienced, was trying to say those who are not should know the stigma attached to the Storm. I would still say the Thunder 2 would be a better choice but like me, you might really like the aggressive torque and power of the Storm and with a Steering Damper it will reduce speed wobble but not the aggressive throttling.

I ONLY got the BlueTran Lightning up to 37mph, I have not been able to get it pass that speed due to the severe Speed Woffle. After speaking with John and Cooper over at MiniMotorsUSA.com, they expressed to me that there were several units shipped from The Manufacturer in China with lose Headset Jam Nut. They were able to tighten the Headset Jam Nut on some and people were able to get manageable speed without severe Speed Wobble and after adding the Steering Damper, adjusting Locking Clamps tightly and checking tire air pressure... were able to get the Scooter over 50mph consistently. I have not been able to get my unit to MiniMotorsUSA to take care of torquing my Headset Jam Nut to OEM specs. When I get the extra time, I'll get it to them to make the adjustment and I'll add my Steering Damper (only ERREX has the proper fit right now- they're $500) Hope this helps you Buddy, Stay Tuned, I gotta lotta New Stuff Coming your WAY.

Man I really wanted to get that bluetran I just really hate how low the deck is though to the surface. I haven't not seen one video tutorial on how to adjust the deck height of the bluetran lighting.
Isn't lower deck ride gave better lower center of gravity? Cornering in a higher speed would be better due to low height. The only problem is, I tried max out my setting on my Bluetran, but people said still can't match the performance of mantis 10. BTW, mine is 32ah version, as that's the top model sold in Australia
@dxn teoh just have to watch out when u go off roading or light off roading because when you go through certain terrain or obstacles maybe is a chance you could scrape the bottom of the deck scratching it up because of how low the deck is. But yea that's a good point to give it better stability when going fast on the Bluetran lighting. I'm saving a bit more money maybe a month or two I do Wana buy the dualtron thunder 3 the main upgrade to that scooter is the folding design mechanism. There's been complaints about the stem not being stable at high speeds not rock solid. Me I personally like scooters that stand tall deck clearance from the surface might not be good when going fast but there is such thing as a steering demper too.

Once you Ride The Dualtron CITY, I know your opinion will drastically change in favor of not only liking but LOVING the CITY That thing is that Different and it's difference is what makes it stand so tall amongst it competition (which in my honest opinion, has become almost every Scooter). The BlueTran Lightning is a nice choice, you just have to make sure you don't get one with the Speed Wobble (Headset Jam Nut issue) If you do happen to get one with the loose Headset Jam Nut, just call John and Cooper and have them set up a time with you to get it fixed. If you bought it from them, they will fix it for free.

why all is gear 3 its eat battery. i drive 2 and half thottle and it go legal 25kmh and MAX distance. its wow. allyear work trip cost only 13 euros even its 10x electric cost here xD 1 way bus ticketover 2euros !! 13euros year !! if i drive 80kmh it would eat battery in 2 days. its cost 50cents. 72euros year atleast if eat battery. huge safe going 25kmh cheap and last max distance awesome

As a big dawg at 6'3, 300 lbs, i would've liked the city to handle a bit more than 265 lbs. That would've been the model of my dreams. I might even lose weight just to be able to ride it :)

Yeah, there were many customers who received units with Speed Wobble issue (due to loose Headset Jam Nut). Not all the BlueTran Lightning Scooters were affected.
If you really want The BlueTran Lightning, give John and Cooper a call at MiniMotorsUSA.com and tell them OhManDan sent you to get one but you want them to check and tighten the Headset Jam Nut. They should get it all fixed for you NO CHARGE.

Hey Brother, hope you've been well.
The Storm featured in this Video is not the Storm LTD, it is the first Storm released in 2020. I put it with these other two Scooters because it had the same Power issue that the now Storm LTD has (won't get up to Speed).
Now in all fairness to MinMotors... they did try to approach the Storm LTD with a fix and I did recieve a RVSD version of the Storm LTD but the rear tire on mine was damaged and I could not do the speed test to determine if all the work and changes they put into it... really made the difference. With all the New Changes and hopefully Improvements, the Tires are unique sizes and we could not just use ANY previous Scooter's Tire.
Out of these three Scooters presented... my HONEST choice will be The Dualtron CITY. The unique build of The CITY allows it to hold its own in ANY conversation (the build and creativity place the CITY in a world all by itself) you have to RIDE it to appreciate what I am talking about.
Hi I have the Dualtron city and have some handlebar movement, no stem wobble or anything I just have a little play on the handlebar when turning the wheel. Not sure if this is normal or not?

No that is NOT normal. It should be solid. No shimmy, shake or wobble at all. Make sure you check it and make sure it's seated properly. And the Clamps are adjusted one after the other until you cannot tighten either one by hand anymore.

Of course you know that picking an Electric Scooter is relatively predicated upon personal individual need, budget, use, skill, health, preference, and experience. It's not written in stone that two people agree upon What, Why, How, and When a person chooses their form of alternate eTransportation.
Everyone has very different reasons as to WHY they buy their Scooter.
That said... I would say that there are several reasons I think a person should choose the Duatron Thunder 2 over the Dualtron Storm (with Swappable Pack)
The Dualtron Storm (with Swappable Pack) is an Electric Scooter for experienced Riders ONLY due to its powerful torque and acceleration. It's very twerky jerky and require some amount of time Riding Power Scooters (especially Dualtrons... known for their aggressive SquareWave Controller acceleration)
...on the other hand, the Dualtron Thunder 2 is not as aggressive, pack tons of range with its large Battery and can deliver on performance without all the ADDED twerky jerky as the DT Storm.
So I would in this instance point You to the DT Thunder 2 out of the choice you presented due to the aforementioned dis-advantages of that Storm (True to its moniker, The Storm in a word... is unpredictable) yet it is still lotsa fun.

I'm an experienced rider (3 years) so I'm not afraid of the speed nor torque. But all that power is useless if u can't get it up to max speed with wobbles. So basically I need to know if the storm stay ability is equivalent to the thunder with let's say a steering damper?

I'm sorry for implying you were not experienced, was trying to say those who are not should know the stigma attached to the Storm.
I would still say the Thunder 2 would be a better choice but like me, you might really like the aggressive torque and power of the Storm and with a Steering Damper it will reduce speed wobble but not the aggressive throttling.
how fast does the bluetran go? u never said if u fixed the wobble, or had it up to 55+ at all? im 125lbs and looking to get it but i want it to do 52+

I ONLY got the BlueTran Lightning up to 37mph, I have not been able to get it pass that speed due to the severe Speed Woffle.
After speaking with John and Cooper over at MiniMotorsUSA.com, they expressed to me that there were several units shipped from The Manufacturer in China with lose Headset Jam Nut. They were able to tighten the Headset Jam Nut on some and people were able to get manageable speed without severe Speed Wobble and after adding the Steering Damper, adjusting Locking Clamps tightly and checking tire air pressure... were able to get the Scooter over 50mph consistently.
I have not been able to get my unit to MiniMotorsUSA to take care of torquing my Headset Jam Nut to OEM specs. When I get the extra time, I'll get it to them to make the adjustment and I'll add my Steering Damper (only ERREX has the proper fit right now- they're $500)

bluetran is winner - light portable .10 inch tyre eh?
very first 10 inch tire on a 72v. and has nicer leds compare to LS7+ looking small and compact just what i need

Man I really wanted to get that bluetran I just really hate how low the deck is though to the surface. I haven't not seen one video tutorial on how to adjust the deck height of the bluetran lighting.
I actually changed mine from the variable adjustment because it made no sense at lest than an inch variance.
Isn't lower deck ride gave better lower center of gravity? Cornering in a higher speed would be better due to low height. The only problem is, I tried max out my setting on my Bluetran, but people said still can't match the performance of mantis 10. BTW, mine is 32ah version, as that's the top model sold in Australia
@dxn teoh just have to watch out when u go off roading or light off roading because when you go through certain terrain or obstacles maybe is a chance you could scrape the bottom of the deck scratching it up because of how low the deck is. But yea that's a good point to give it better stability when going fast on the Bluetran lighting. I'm saving a bit more money maybe a month or two I do Wana buy the dualtron thunder 3 the main upgrade to that scooter is the folding design mechanism. There's been complaints about the stem not being stable at high speeds not rock solid. Me I personally like scooters that stand tall deck clearance from the surface might not be good when going fast but there is such thing as a steering demper too.

Once you Ride The Dualtron CITY, I know your opinion will drastically change in favor of not only liking but LOVING the CITY
That thing is that Different and it's difference is what makes it stand so tall amongst it competition (which in my honest opinion, has become almost every Scooter).
The BlueTran Lightning is a nice choice, you just have to make sure you don't get one with the Speed Wobble (Headset Jam Nut issue)
If you do happen to get one with the loose Headset Jam Nut, just call John and Cooper and have them set up a time with you to get it fixed.
If you bought it from them, they will fix it for free.

why all is gear 3 its eat battery. i drive 2 and half thottle and it go legal 25kmh and MAX distance. its wow.
allyear work trip cost only 13 euros even its 10x electric cost here xD 1 way bus ticketover 2euros !! 13euros year !!
if i drive 80kmh it would eat battery in 2 days. its cost 50cents. 72euros year atleast if eat battery. huge safe going 25kmh
