    it's rather eerie at moment 20:21 when he announces the date, because just days later, history would once again be made in Los Angeles, though in a completely different manner.

    Went too l.a. city hall,fieldtrip,grammerschool,Will Rodgers, elementary school, Lynwood, California, 6th grade class,mr.charles holland,teacher, thank you for being so kind too all us kids,the field trips,were great,as was the class,from hangtown California. Didn't like the night at the top

    Another episode there Huell goes up high and looks at something. This one isn't as bad as some of the other 'high' episodes, such as the Golden Gate Bridge or the wind turbines. This one is ok because it doesn't involve him hanging out over the side or (free) standing on top of something.

    the griffith park observatory was started construction 1933. Could that have been the reason for the red light replacing the beacon that year?

      No. That had nothing to do with it. If you watched the video and payed attention, you would have heard the explanation.

      I saw it! It came right out of the west side of City Hall. It was probably carrying Mayor Bradley's brain.

    Great to see how taxpayer money is being used. All those city employees making good money hard at work restoring the beacon, all on the public coin. These politicians never will get a clue it seems
