    This core stability workout is a great fitness video routine to do at the BEGINNING of your day to set you up for success. Using this core stability workout regularly will improve your performance, help you alleviate low back pain, reduce the risk of injury (or aid in healing from one), as well as help you feel balanced and strong in your body. Id suggest doing the exercises in this video daily or as often as possible for best results. To get the best bang for your buck, do my morning hip mobility routine FIRST. The combination of the two videos works MAGIC in your body and your life! TRY IT. Do it for one month and report back - I cant wait to hear your results.

    I showed my physical therapist this video and he approved for my low back and neck pain routine! God bless you Caroline for the positivity and motivation you bring to every workout! I make it my goal do accomplish 1 of your workouts everyday especially weekends.😊

    Hi Caroline, Thanks for making this short video. I am 57, I have depression and for the last 10 yrs been withdrawn and still. I am out of shape! I saw you just by accident. Today was day one. I struggled with a couple of these but did my best. Got a major cramp in my leg during the plank but I will be back tomorrow! I hope to get back to life!

    Dear Caroline, I would love to work up to this one as I am just recovering from an oblique abdominal strain. Out of all the videos on YT this one was so positive and uplifting. It would be amazing if you could have a video for abdominal rehab or recovery! ❤

    I love your channel. I have a lot of musculo-skeletal problems because of severe PTSD and none of my physical therapists have helped me as much as exercising to one of your videos. You really understand the muscular system of the body and how it works. Thank you so much!

    Thank you so much for sharing these workouts. I felt it in my core but more dominantly in my middle to lower back. Is this bad? Are there any „rehab exercises“ i can do without risking lower back problem?

    Would I be able to do this and other exercise routines lying on my bed? I cannot get down to the ground and certainly cannot get back up when I do, hence wanting to do them on the bed if possible. Thank you for your time x

    I love your workouts, I'm a truckers wife. I'm on the road withy husband. With other workout videos in the past I would get frustrated because I couldn't do it due to my disability but with with ur work out routines I can do them without getting frustrated. I was wondering if you could private message me and help me come up with a work out I can do in the truck which is very limited on space or create another video for that.

    @Caroline Jordan is it normal that this makes my left hip sore? I have had a lot of soreness in my left hip I hope this is helpful for it.
