Hi Caroline, Thanks for making this short video. I am 57, I have depression and for the last 10 yrs been withdrawn and still. I am out of shape! I saw you just by accident. Today was day one. I struggled with a couple of these but did my best. Got a major cramp in my leg during the plank but I will be back tomorrow! I hope to get back to life!

Thank you so much for sharing these workouts. I felt it in my core but more dominantly in my middle to lower back. Is this bad? Are there any „rehab exercises“ i can do without risking lower back problem?
Would I be able to do this and other exercise routines lying on my bed? I cannot get down to the ground and certainly cannot get back up when I do, hence wanting to do them on the bed if possible. Thank you for your time x

With other workout videos in the past I would get frustrated because I couldn't do it due to my disability but with with ur work out routines I can do them without getting frustrated. I was wondering if you could private message me and help me come up with a work out I can do in the truck which is very limited on space or create another video for that.
