the Truly impressive thing about this truck is the lack of rust on the underbody and how sanitary the interior is! I'd argue how insanely hard it is to not have at least the driver's seat edge worn through and the dash not rattling like crazy.
That underbody...jesus... was this truck in climate-controlled storage for 25 of it's 26 years?!?

Leave the stock body on it Kasey. This truck was a milestone and a trendsetter for the full size truck market for years to come. In fact this generation Dodge Ram set design trends that we’re still seeing today in 2021! The fact that yours is almost a time capsule makes it that much better as so many of these were bought to be work trucks and beat to death. And a wise Auto Mechanic teacher in high school once told me “ don’t mess with your daily driver”. Leave your daily driver as original as possible so that it’s as reliable as possible. And when you do need parts they don’t have to be custom made.

GSK Governor Spring Kit. Right now your power tops out at 2400rpm. 3K GSK allows it to pull all the way to 3000rpms. Also, cup holder From Genos Garage. I call the factory cup holders a soda launcher.

Awesome work, the truck turned out great!! The urge to go crazy with the horsepower is strong once you add a little, but I personally recommend stay around 500-600hp (which it sounds like you are) on a street driven 12-valve. A clean quick spooling snappy 500-600hp is WAY more fun on the street than a smoky laggy 1000hp pig.
Also, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for not diesel broing this thing out with awful 24x14 wheels, rubber band tires, and a 4th gen bumper swap. Seriously, thank you. If you want to take your suspension to the next level look into a Carli suspension system- they are amazing.

600hp is the plan once I can afford compound turbos (and Carli eventually too). Street drivability is a must, and thanks I also hate trucks that have no sidewall and no functionality

I recommend getting the "Adjuster" by Attitude for the AFC instead of "AFC Live. I've owned both and the "Adjuster" is way better in my opinion. Easy to install and easy to adjust.

That’s a beautiful truck. I have a Single cab white 2nd Gen 4x4 as my daily driver, too (but a Sport). Actually have the same wheels and tires on mine. I love your Power Wagon, but man that would sure be a shame to take apart this super clean classic truck for that when there are so many other potential donors out there with beat up old bodies.

Any chance you would be willing to share where you found that radio? Just inherited a 94 2500, and would like to replace the existing aftermarket unit with one that looks more stock but with Bluetooth. Thanks in advance
