i think the most important part of drinking black coffee is dialing in what type of coffee you actually like, it’s hard to drink coffee black if what you have in your cabinet is starbucks pike place. without even knowing you’d be setting yourself up for failure those ick flavor notes had been hiding behind all the cream and sugar before you tried it black. just something to consider. liked the video ❤️
thanks little by little. also found by frothing milk at 140 F it is sweet and non red for sugar anymore for me another trick for Latte got a smaller cup to reduce milk
Lower your temp and change your roast. You wanna be between 195-205 degrees (F) for your brewing and if its very acidic you can try a darker roast for malt-ier more chocolatey flavors. I do medium roast at 200 and it comes out nice and smooth :)
