Rob,
I know this might sounds a bit corny and unbelievable as you probably don't hold yourself in the highest regard as an artist or songwriter, but you are genuinely one of my favourite song writers and musicians. I absolutely adore The Winter's Months, The Ride Home and Aldine as albums and listen to them in some capacity most days. I can't fully explain it but I think your very personal and honest lyrics as well as really nice melodies just inspire me alot to write my own music, and encourages me as a musician just generally. That's without even mentioning the First of October stuff (which happens to be my birthday lol) and anything else with Andrew.
Keep it up and never forgot the joy that you bring to so many people through what you do. Thanks a million and I'm super grateful for all the effort you put into what you do. I hope you are well.
