When I received the drone on Monday there was a firmware upgrade dated 10/15/2024 and I installed it. Obviously didn't fix anything. Controller, drone and batteries are all updated. In the forums there are many others starting to report this issue.

I had the exact same issue 2 days ago. Firmware was up to date

Nothing worse than a hyper-lapse being interrupted, but when it is a sensor gremlin, even worse.
