What’s that mushroom you clicked after first boss on the way to mini boss?
It's for herbalism profession, and it can dispel one of the toxic/poison debuffs you get from mobs later on

Destro lock is probably one of the easiest ranged specs in the game, you really don't need to track anything on that class lol
