Razed products. razedproducts....
The legends at razed have helped me step up my storage solutions game in Betty the y62 patrol.
Not only do they make cool storage solutions but they also have heaps of different roofrack accessories for lots of different brands.
Just another great Australian business doing great things within the market for us four wheel drivers.
Thanks for watching and I’ll catch you next week
I have been using RAZED for years now and lucky enough to sell their gear also, quality, family business and Aussie made. Great video Steve. Love the product.
Great to hear! I love their gear and the ppl.
What car seats need the seat rolled forward to install ? Do you not have isofix ?
Because I have drawers in the back I can’t get to the fixings on the back of the seat.
I do have iso fix but my car seats don’t have it. ( kid seats )
@@Australian4x4Adventures that’s so weird in the Uk it’s either isofix or just the seatbelt through the back of the child seat and the kids use a 3 point harness. until it’s a big kids seat in which case they use the seatbelt over them and the seat I have one of each in my car as they are all at different stages
I'm a big fan of gridfinity and HSW (Honeycomb Storage Wall) for around the house. The best thing about them other than their utility is they're opensource. So either find something I need already designed and send it to the 3D printer, or design what I need in CAD and share it with the rest of the community.
It wouldn't be a big stretch to implement either/both for 4WD storage. The great thing then would be every compliant piece from one manufacturer would work seamlessly with the offerings using the same system from another. Or you could just print your own!
Just like what Arduino has done for hobbyist electronics, this could do for 4WD storage. Proprietary systems usually end up restricting growth potential for the manufacturers, not foster it.
Kaon made these barriers and shelves years ago.
So just another company making copy products... support kaon Australian made products
Yep they did. And these guys have their own twist on it.
There can be more than one player in the game and they are both Australian made. Can’t we support both?
@@Australian4x4Adventures I guess the beef is, you say they makes something unique, it's not. They have ripped off another companies idea. Same with the 'innovation' of the maxtrax fold down mounts, other Kaon product thats been out for years. The only positive is they aren't like another mob I have seen getting their crap made in china and ripping off Kaon products, so at least it's Australian made I guess.
I reject that they have ripped anything off.
There’s only so many ways to design a product.
Their mounts are different and the overall design is different. ( if it wasn’t kaon would be taking them to court for copyright infringement )
So we can probably stop the extreme wording of “ ripping off “
As I said we can support both, there is more than enough pie left for everyone.
How about "they've taken significant inspiration from Kaon"? 😂
Great ideas 💡💡💡💡
Thanks
Thanks for the video. Didn’t know about these guys and they have the MAXTRAX holder which will be handy for my setup. I am heading back to Cape York next year. Can’t wait 😃
They definitely have a solution for most problems which I love.
Thanks for bringing my attention to this, was about to start looking at options for this, very impressive, not a bad price either. Cheers
Glad I could help.
Nice I need one, just picked up my new Y62 on Wednesday
Give the guys a call. They will sort you out.
Oh did u have that in the back the other weekend in melb? I’m waiting on the dash one to come out lol they’re a great idea
Yes I did. Dash gets them from razed. They are the same thing.
The barrier & shelf looks good but the cost is astronomical considering it isn't ADR compliant. Having looked at their website, fortunately they do have other products which look to be of good quality and value. Thanks for the content Steve. Cheers.
I love your content (and understand that you've gotta do your thing to make an affiliate marketing arrangement work), but it's a beat up to claim the level of innovation that you have when Kaon have been designing and fabricating a very similar range of products for years... Will still check out their website (and use code if I purchase) so thanks for the heads up regardless. As a consumer, I prefer to support aussie made, so its good to have another option in the mix. No regrets about anything purchased from Koan previously so they would need to offer a significant cost saving if products are like for like. 😊
Absolutely not trying to take anything away from koan. They do some great stuff and they will continue to.
As you said, this is me trying to bring some light on to other Aussie brands doing good stuff too.
The pie is definitely big enough for a few different players in the game and I’m sure we can support both Aussie brands.
@@Australian4x4Adventures - geography is a factor too, SE Qld is a long way from VIC and if you can visit warehouse etc. it helps. Good luck to these fellas. Regardless of brand, one of those shelves is a must have for any 4x4 wagon. Mine stores a mix of clothes, towel, swimmers, jackets at all times. Also has first aid kit, snake bite kit and fire extinguisher mounted to it for easy access. Good for hiding my dodgy DIY wiring too. 👌🏼
So literally nothing new... not one product thats not available from others for a long time..
I guess you could say the same thing about TJM, Ironman, Tough Dog, Tred, ARB and hundreds of other brands. No one makes anything truly unique, it's all variations and little twists on similar products, and that's okay.
@michaelparr2050 sick of all these copy cat made in China 💩 brands.
This one seems made in Australia so a little better.
Sick of this rubbish of promotion as a new product when it's just yet another copy
