It took a while to arrive, about 14 days but was less than what they said it would take.

@@pato10111 Hi Niall, I believe the ID app has that feature but I'm not entirely sure. I'm driving an e-golf so can't say for certain

You don't mean 2.3 kW per hour; you mean 2.3 kWh per hour, which is 2.3 kW, if you understand algebra.
