Truly phenomenal. Immersion is exactly what I needed. ATC is VERY important for airfields that do not have full arrivals.
This is so awesome man. Even though I have really no aviation experience, I still have an appreciation for what something like this brings to the sim. 🙂

That is really cool to have AI ATC! Maybe this could eventually transfer over into LSPDFR and have an AI Police dispatcher. That would up the realism significantly 🙂
Southwest Virtual Airlines has a co-pilot integrated into their ACARS that would allow you to say something like ‘Start Number 2’ and the FO would run the command in the PMDG. Definitely recommend checking them out if you haven’t.

Seems alright so far. Comes with some quips and adjustments, but that's how this all works: good user feedback will make for a better product. Looking forward to the product solidifying.

So excited for the EA release of BeyondATC! Amazing content Jeff as always. Also that friction bug has been something I've dealt with since SU5 back in 2021.
I would love to see you do a GA aircraft with BeyondATC with an IFR pickup in the air, then switching back to VFR before landing.
What are you hearing about the frequent (More often than not) assigning visual approaches in obvious IFR conditions? IFR as in literally cannot see the ground while the program keeps asking you to tell them the field is in sight? This is somewhat of a (Frequently used term) "Immersion Killer."

What a time to be alive to have ATC that works very well! Have you tried Say Intentions? I'm curious what your thoughts are between the two.

SayIntentions IFR implementation was very incomplete the last time I tried. Especially handover between approach and tower didn't work.

MS may make crap OSs but I give it to them on making a awesome flight sim.
Funny thing is, this morning I thought about how it's going with that BeyondATC thingy that i heard about months ago. Then I searched for it and it happened to be just released!
Regarding the TM Boeing yoke and buttons not working: unfortunately i returned my yoke to the shop. I have no clue what the problem was but i wont buy another yoke as those problem seems to happen to many people. Maybe its the latest firmwware update. The shop could not fix the problem and i received a full refund. Sad as i now use my original Saitek X56 which does the job but kills immersion to the PMDG 737

And also what scenery do you have for KMCI I couldn't find any good ones
Use the checklist in your head dummy.
first install didn't work? second update worked twice? Now it doesn't work at all speech text error.re-installed opening my firewall as i thought this could be the issue e-mailed support no response. And even though i downloaded the basic pack it prompts me to purchase extra data. I think this could be a great addition to MSFS2020.but i think this has been rolled out too soon. Every update just gets worse.

The radio sound which is that weird boink isnt quite convincing. I'm more used to a static sounding squawk. Wonder why they cannot recreate that.
Like I said in the text you can turn that off, the chime helps you know it is working
I need a tutorial on the lingo. I’ve heard it over and over, but can’t replicate it. I may very well be too dumb to ever pull it off.
Two phone apps. ARSIM AND ATSIM. Practice atc lingo with those a few minutes each night before you go to sleep. Paid subscription recommended, cheap, worth every penny. Will solve your problem.
Jeff do you or have you thought of getting your commercial flying license? Either way all the flight sim training you could probably do whatever requirements since you have the knowledge 😅

I just wish there was a way to incorporate this into the xbox, it would be nice to be able to actually talk to atc and everything when one cant afford to buy a pc that can run flightsim and everything else that is needed for vatsim and the such

I gave up with it. Spent an hour trying to get it connect with the sim and then once I got it to work my fenix a320 bugged out and the displays wouldn't work. Have a feeling it was something to do with beyond atc, it's never done it before.

The voices are still extremely robotic, but this will be amazing in a few years. It will change not only flight sims, but all gaming.
GTA6 will have a mod that allows you to have conversations with any NPC at some point.
Have ever thought about getting your pilots license? I wonder if using this would be helpful in that.

Will this be available for console?
Tower assigned you a 080 heading in the takeoff clearance. Did they every clear you on course? Stuff like that breaks the immersion for me. The program should not have assigned you the heading in the takeoff clearance if you were on a RNAV SID.
Also, did it really give you a 100+ degree intercept angle to the localizer? This looks worse than original FSX ATC.
As an air traffic controller, this is pretty cool. However as a passenger, no way would i want ai controlling my flight. Plus i love my job, i dont want to lose it to a robot one day
