I didn't understood lot of concepts because i am not that educated on strength like these guys but it opened a whole new chapter of exercises in the gym for me. Very informative

I love this vid! Super educational and helpful. I'm curious, have you ever used Next Level Diet? I got a personalized muscle-building meal plan from them and I love it.

I like this fella, I especially like when ignorant people say something negative about his appearance. It’s like ok dummy don’t learn anything because he looks a little different, I’ll keep all of the info to myself.

Another way to do it sans pins is to put chains or ropes on the bar and attach it to something immovable below

I realized the benefits of isometrics after I had the ability to compare incline bench dumbell row/chest supported row and bent over rows after doing either for a consideranble time.
    Big difference.

I am a pretty descent bench presser but your recent two episodes with EliteFTS have made me really question some of my training tactics. I am not a man of means, but would love to pick your brain and am sure could setup something win-win or a $ middle ground.
