Dr Cobb you made my day with that pull up; 👏🏽 absolutely the most humble, breezy pull up I've ever seen, and just casually does it mid sentence. 😎 Keep putting out great vids !

Really enjoyed learning this in the Strength course, which I passed the test with 100%, by the way! Because that’s the new requirement to pass an advanced Z course 😮😜😀

Do you have a purchase link for that pull up stand shown in the video?

Great video, thank you! Question: isometrics for the quad. Best done at long muscle lengths but many recommend against loading the knee heavily when it is deeply flexed (deep squats, etc). Is it harmful to do overcoming isometrics with the knee nearly fully flexed?

How many days a week do we try them?

Million dollar question, can you actually build muscle just using isometrics?

Yes. Tension is what matters to build muscle. No matter if we train dynamically or isometrically. You can get bigger and stronger with isometrics especially overcoming isometrics. It is as same as with weight training and calisthenics. Good luck 👍👍👍

You can build muscles for sure to an extent but the use of isometrics are more targetted towards your tendons. You see this a lot in the PT rehab world as well
