Nice ideas. Kitchen sink by window a must-just flip the plan of kitchen & make window counter height😉. Also gotta have appropriate coat/boot storage area-either by front entry or combo laundry, outdoor wear drop zone in back😬 Plus 2nd exit for safety. TY for ideas
If the plan were only widened by about 5', you could turn that laundry alcove into a back entrance mud room-laundry combo. And then there'd be room also for my cast iron claw foot tub (not a big shower fan) in the bathroom. If funds allowed, it would also be easy to make a wide covered porch all the way around the house. Then I'd be perfectly satisfied. Well, since I don't like modern anything, the interior would need to be Victorianized too - but that's just me.
Who makes these videos and how do they do it? Very clever designs! I really enjoy watching what they made and I like how they don’t go to fast. Good job to who ever you are! 🎉
I'd go with a Murphy bed to free up space during the daytime. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate one with storage closets for hanging clothes and cabinets for whatever. Don't forget to throw in a projector overhead for movie night. Possibly even a motorized screen that pops up or down. Very cozy indeed.
Ich würde den Eingang nicht über die Terrasse machen, Terrassen Zugang würde ich übers Schlafzimmer machen. Und die Terrassen Tür im Wohnzimmer weglassen. Die Waschmaschine ins Bad versetzen und stattdessen einen Eingang mit Garderobe machen. Da im Wohnzimmer ein grosses Fenster ist, kann man sich die Terrassen Tür ganz sparen.
