A couple small changes - turn the washer a quarter of a turn and build a wall even with the bedroom, creating a hallway area by the bath or including it in the bathroom. Eliminate the counter with the seating area in the kitchen and move the dining table into the kitchen. This would free up space and expand the living room. It would also allow for a landing area for coats and shoes.
I wouldn't mind having a smaller version of this home, and I'd opt to put the washer/dryer combo under the bathroom sink. I love the outdoor living space! Thanks for the tour! 💗

Yummy. I would change the floor plan to a 1 bedroom and add extra space to other spaces. I would have a walk-in closet and a hidden washer & dryer.
