The outdoor laundry room is almost as bad as an outdoor st!airway. Hope this trend is gone soon. I would love to see this plan with the side porch enclosed as my county doesn't allow homes this small, but I really like this.

No way the washer is outside. You can have it in the same space inside. You just need to build a door inside. Sorry but that doesn't make sense.
