Oh man I'm loving the AMS2 content lately! And are we just porting all the content from PC2 into AMS2 these days because that would be awesome - I lived in PC2 in VR for quite a while! And can we talk about you taking the lead, and almost immediately almost hitting the fence?!?! HAHAHAHA steaking all my moves man!
This man really tears the highway apart 😎Me: still playing old nfs titles on my laptop...😂😂😂Project Sim: has an exclusive suit. Me: putting a drift show in a t-shirt and home shorts. Result: we are happy racers😂
Something that yet has to be tweaked, and that goes for pretty much ALL racing sims, is that the NPCs find more grip than Ayrton Senna on a rainy day. It kind of ruins is when they can hold lines that are absolutely ridiculous.
Mate I really enjoy watching your videos. You inspired me to get into sim racing. I am new to sim racing and I just got my CS DD+. I’ve started planning GT7 on my PS5 and I think that I have too much torque and please can you recommend me good FFB and torque settings for a beginner.
@@ProjectSimRacing Thanks for the tip 🙂 Do I also need to change the FFB on the actual game settings or leave it as 10 and run with 50% FFB as you mentioned?
Only reason i stop using triple monitors is because there is no depth perception that can give me speeding sensation and can't feel the life size driving road like VR does.
You need to buy some sort of wind machine which blows harder and softer depending on how fast you are going, really would make the gameplay alot better. Also there are certain racing wheels out there that use the NRG Quick-release so you can attach a proper drift or racing wheel to it if you want, which I find quite cool.
Why have triple screens and *still* use TrackIR? I'm feeling queasy after watching just a few minutes of this... Thanks for the heads-up about the track port/rip though.
@@ProjectSimRacing Figures... It was so obvious, but it was too "hard-wired" inside my brain that in sim racing people use TrackIR or VR for headtracking and GoPro to achieve a similar effect in reality, that it never occurred to me somebody would use GoPro with the triples :) Still, that doesn't appear like a great idea... Not sure why, but IRL GoPro videos usually don't make it so hard to watch. Probably because in that case people tend to mostly focus on what's happening along the velocity vector. That said, I believe triple screens is the way to go - especially if they are high quality HDR-capable triples.
That's strange! I’ve never encountered that issue before. It sounds like there might be a problem with the installation or graphics settings. Maybe try reinstalling the mod. Hopefully, someone here might have experienced the same issue and can offer some advice!
I both love and hate PC games and PC gamers at the same time. You DO have the superior gaming system, but the cost of keeping it updated with the latest hardware is enough to buy a fucking automobile. I love the wide range of racing games ONLY available to PC. I like all the different games you can mod that you CAN'T mod on console without "jailbreaking" the Xbox/PlayStation. I love and hate how the greatest racing wheel setups are all on PC. I wonder what Project Sim Racing did for a regular job to afford the get started down the path he's been on.
Thanks for your comment, @iraqifoodcart8447! I totally get where you're coming from with the cost of PC gaming, but I see my PC as more than just a gaming machine-it's an investment that allows me to work hard and play even harder. Plus, it's worth mentioning that the wheel setup I use from Fanatec is also compatible with the PS5, and there's even a dedicated PS5 version fanatec.com/eu-en/racing-wheels-direct-drive-bases/racing-wheels/gran-turismo-dd-extreme?FAP+Banner&General+Links&a_aid=642e93a817bf2 The upfront cost can be high, but the versatility and the wide range of uses beyond gaming truly make it a valuable tool in both my professional and gaming life🙂
Question of the Day: What's the best joke you've ever heard?
I keep trying to watch racing on my computer but every time I press the F1 key it just opens a help window :)
Could you do a relax Cyberpunk 2077 driving tour? It would be sick on your setup.
@AP-vo6jl 😝🤣🤣🤣
One that I've read recently which is terrible:
"For Christmas, I'll give you only a calculator..."
"Why?"
"It's the present that counts!"
🤦😄
@DanDeyBananaJoe 😝🤣🤣
This tracks is ripped straight from Project Cars!!!
Yes it is😊
they have too much vibrations, the roadmesh is not good
At this point i think this game is project cars 2 💀
It's better in assetto corsa
Technically they're ripped from real roads soooo

Thanks mate
@rakithagayan8371 you're welcome mate 🙌

Do you think you can play Need for Speed Carbon with you kit ? The drift in that game was another level . More like arcade style
That's my problem with games like NFS, they are too arcady..
