    नमस्ते सर... मैं आपको एक महिने से सून Raha हू. आपकी व्हिडिओ ने मेरी जिंदगी बदल दी.. मेने मेरे खाने मे से चीनी, मैदा, नमक ये तीनो व्हाइट पोईसेन निकाल दि... मॉर्निंग मे योगा करणा सुरू कर दिया, पाणी दिन मे चार लिटर पिता हु. शाम को सूर्यास्त से पहले खाना खा लेता हूँ... आपकी व्हिडिओ की वाजह से मेरा एक महिने मे चार किलो वजन घट गया...or बिना किसी तकलीफ के.... ईश्वर आपको सदा हसता मुस्कुरता रखे...

    सही कहा ऋषी जी, स्वास्थ्य जीवन के लिए संयम होना आवश्यक है, और इसके लिए आपकी दिनचर्या सही होनी चाहिए। मैं आपके वीडियो में जो भी दिखी, सभी पर अमल करती आ रही हूं बहुत पहले से.... मुझे इसके ऐसे फायदे हुए हैं कि मुझे भी नहीं पता होता, जैसे मेरी उम्र, ३४ की हूं लेकिन कोई अनुमान नहीं लगा पाता। आज तक शारीरिक या मानसिक कोई तकलीफ नहीं हुई।

    One confusion .. you said that we should not walk àfter eating . .. but we were told that rest after lunch but walk at least 500 hundred steps immediately after dinner
    So should we walk half hrs after dinner or immediately.. please guide

    Very informative video anurag ji, i really appreciate your inspiration words 🙏 I am a reiki master and 54 years old but I feel very energetic and better for my mental health and physical health, i do daily 8 types of pranayam and yoga exercises, meditation,I avoid white sugar before 2 year ,packaged food ,fried foods some more, I eat nutrition foods # soup and vegetables # Somtimes I eat fruits, sprouts, soak nuts, roasted chana, I feel very better & light for my body and energetic, thank you very much for sharing knowledgeable video with us

    1. Chew food as much as you can
    2. Don't leave food
    3. intermittent fasting
    4. Avoid sugar (eat fruits)
    5. Drink water when feeling hungry
    6. Eat gram ( roasted)
    7. Avoid sometimes salt ( consider sendha salt)
    8. Avoid fried food (toxic)
    9. avoid packaged food
    10. Sweating necessary ( kapaalbhaati, brisking, skipping)
    11. Suryanamaskaar
    12. Have lemon in morning
    13. Sun rays of morning necessary
    14. Vajraasan after meals and walk after 30 minutes of meals
    15. Protein intake ( sprouts with onion, tomatoes, salt, lemon)
    16. Focus on calorie intake
