Hiya juat how you know you should never touch the bulb part with your hands, finger, the oils in your could make hot spots on your bulb when it is turned on and make your bulb crack always use gloves great video tho ps I was thinking of getting the 425 deluxe myself keep up the good work 👍🏼
Hi! I installed a brand new Deltec 39 watts UV. However when I am putting it on power, I am hearing a buzzing sound with red led flashing. I am not able to figure out why. Did you ever face this issue? Regards
Hi Paul, just fitted the deltec uv and I’m using Eheim 1000 pump, the pump is very noisy (like vibrating) ... have you experienced this problem, just wondered if it’s normal and will settle down mate? Thanks in advance 🐠🙉
It’s not the quietest to be fair but just make sure the feet at down and all flat and none of the hosing is touched by any sides ... hopefully it will work for you...
Yes Jay!! Currently building it... plumbed the Clarisea and UV this afternoon so it’s taking shape... got tons of photos and vids, I’ll put them together on a vid as soon as I get it wet 👍
@@paulukreefer5012 your previous video said that you weren’t going to put the clarisea in straight away, guess you changed your mind. I got almost identical equipment as you and my 425xl arrived a day after yours 😂
@@kevinclasher3160 Hi Kevin, yeah at the death Mogsys aquarium convinced me to put one in... you can always do them after but apparently it’s easier at the start... mind you I have just finished and it wasn’t easy!! Just about to start filling mine with water now... how is yours going?
@@paulukreefer5012 cabinet built with tank on top and levelled. Took a day off work to do it all lol, mine was a white cabinet so was slightly harder as the instructions is catered for black. For the white version, the inside is black but there is one panel piece that sits in the front under door is white which caused me some confusion. Only one issue found was the left door isn’t closing properly. Also i’ve cut out the filter cup section already, just need to remove the left over silicone tonight but i’ve not bought the extra pipes and connectors yet. I’m thinking of cutting one of the glass panels I took out shorter and re-silicone it back in to separate the clarisea which leaves the left side for a refugium and maybe use the ato tank as a small frag tank 😀
