Have you seen the new upload from dope or nope?, they've reviewed a load of tiny items , my mind went straight to your series on tiny meals when they reviewed a entire baking set. Every item you would ever want or need . Pls take a look as I'd love that series to make a comeback.
Yes add to this series. I really love that your using the little oven on the counter. All of my children are at the age where there setting off on their own adventures. While they can cook well enough to manage, these recipes and playlist, will help them be creative in what they make for their dinner. Your proving that you can make more in that little oven than freezer meals and reheating pizza.😕 We love your program. And I'm really happy to see that you and your wonderful family are thriving thru this craziness right now. Much love and a million good wishes to all of you.♥️ And an on a side note. Please tell Mrs. Barry, that my granddaughter loves her . She says that she's Elsa in disguise.♥️♥️♥️. Taylynn is a big Frozen fan. And Mrs. Barry is definitely Elsa. The group of us voted. And we agree. Let her know her secret identity has been figured out . Lol. ♥️♥️♥️ Can't wait to see the new kitchen echo or not.😉
Thank you Barry! And you even pronounced my name quite right 😎! There are a lot of different varieties from the appelbol. Never knew the one with nuts actually. But it turned out very well! I usually let mine a bit packed too tight, so they rip a bit open and the sugar/cinnamon (indeed, I just use that as a filling) caramel with some from the apple's own juice bake as a lovely caramel ☺.
LOVE THIS! Please do a series, I submit my THROUGHLY BRITISH three course meal: Starter: chipolaters, wrapped in bacon that’s been generously smeared with a honey and mustard mix. Skewer with cocktail stick. Main; beer-y beef cobbler. Can of steak in gravy, tin of sliced carrot and green beans, tin of new potatoes (Half the big ones). Upto half a can of beer. 1 tablespoon of stuffing mix. Pour into a pudding basin and mix throughly and season. Cobbler topping is basic savoury scone recipe with whatever herbs you’ve got, parsley, fennel seeds, sage etc. Cut into thin (1cm thick) rounds and placed on top of stew. Glaze. Pudding: school lunch crumble. Tin of apple pie filling and tin of cherry (can be substituted for any tin eg rhubarb. Or for real peeled and finely chopped fruit. Easy crumble mix sprinkled on top. Cook all for 40 mins at medium heat.
It sincerely depends on context, I find cheese in salads for example can be quite a nice way of making it more of a meal. That said, you need to find the right cheese. Herbed cheeses can be good, I'm very fond of Double Gloucester and Chive and couldn't imagine that's particularly nice melted! Delicious in a salad sandwich though.
The only cheese of the hundreds I've tried, that I don't like, cold, or hot, is Camembert. There's something about it that just makes me gag. I try it every couple of years or so - but the result is always the same. I love Brie, which isn't that different, but Camembert? No. I don't like sweet things anymore, so my 'go to' snack is cheese and tomatoes. Not together, of course, therein lies madness.
Apple juice scam idea: 1: Call your company "100% apple juice" 2: Make apple juice with only 2% real apples in it 3: Name it "100% apple juice drink" 4: Profit S T O N K S 📈📈📈
From concentrate is 100% apple juice. It basically is done in the same way 'not from concentrate' is done but it is dehydrated and then it makes it more effective for transport and rehydrated. Its just that one is more expensive as it's not dehydrated to transport so they transportation costs are higher. What you'll find is they both make similar profit percentages but the not from concentrate they make more on by making it a premium product.
my mom called it an apple dumpling she used to fix them for me and my brother on cold days for an after school snack she only put butter cinnamon and sugar in the middle and a little sugar on top man those things tasted so good one idea is maybe some stuffed mushrooms or peppers with chicken and veggies and maybe a brownie cupcake
1 pan 3 course meal suggestion Puff pastry, pesto and vegetables for starter Pizza for main course Nutella pizza for dessert Should be easy to split a tray in three and I'd estimate maybe 20mins in the oven for them all
Yes Barry! Playlist please! I love doing pepper, sweet potato and onion with loads of herbs and spices as an easy oven jobby. You should try using herbs de provence, most supermarkets have it and myself and my family chuck it on everything. It is to us, what paprika is to you! Although I love paprika too :P
In the future when you don't have the space constraint you can use cabbage leaves for the parcel wrapper in place of parchment. We do this when camping a lot. It helps steam and flavor the ingredients inside and then you can just toss the dried out cabbage.
Yes! Make this more😊 Appetizer: Mini pie with pesto and parmesan. Main meal: Baked bell pepper with pizza filling and cheese. Dessert: Blondie, light brownie.
Hey there, not sure if you will see this but I love your videos. I only recently (3 months ago) became aware of them just before national lockdown in South Africa. Your videos especially those with the 'Barry Family' (Mrs B makes me laugh) have been awesome, good luck with the renovations. Your videos have helped a lot! I'm in stitches sometimes, well done:)
In Dutch: 1 appelbol, 101 appelbollen. So the second is plural :) Great video, I will be baking me some bread to put a cheese in some time soon. Done that a few times with minced meat, also delicious (and quite high in cholesterol somehow).
I have been making bread in a dutch oven for years. I like the presentation and crisp crust! When I started making loaves of different sizes, it was a game changer for me. Perfect size for me is a two quart dutch oven I recently bought. And I like making one batch of dough, splitting it up to have fresh baked bread on demand, every day. Plus baking bread makes house smell wonderful. Can't wait to try mini loaf stuffed with cheese.
@@cheshkat6321 I use the bread maker to mix the dough, then I put the dough in the dutch oven as well. Looks and tastes so much better that way. Going to add some garlic and italian herbs for this one, there will be even more delicious smells in the air :)
You sure come up with great ideas. I love your dish the cheese came in. Your wee oven reminds me of a posh Easy Bake Oven. Great entertainment thank you.
It’s nice to make a three course meal in one tray but surely while your savouring the starter the main course is cooling down and depending on how fast you eat may not be as hot as you may like (being fish well I hate cold fish) and keeping it warm has a tendency to dry it out more
Looks fantastic. I'd keep making some that fit in the toaster oven, in case some people might want to do one of these and don't have access to a full-size oven (kind of like you did in this first video of, hopefully, many in this series).
Who doesn‘t love a good baked apple ❤️ (In Germany we have this autumnal dish called „Bratapfel“, which is basically the same, only without the puff pastry 😅)
Totally up for a playlist of this style video!! Think it will help people who aren't so kitchen confident (like me) get cooking more. I'd never attempt 3 course meal as it would be too stressful haha
Oh my word! He tricked me! hahahaha! I, literally, out loud said, "Really?" Then I reread the title, just as I read the title, Barry came back on. That was so funny! Thank you for the treat!
I have done something similar to the salmon part of the dish but with Boneless-Skinless Chicken, not sure if it would work in this case because of the possible different cook times but might be able to change the dishes around to match the cook times.
In the USA. We have a product called simply apple. It is phenomenal. 100% pure squeezed apple juice. I can't stand biting into a raw apple but this juice totally remedies that issue. Give it a try Barry!!!!!!
Just thought, this is something that you could prepare beforehand for someone (e.g. elderly) and keep in the fridge to deliver and let them cook it later in the day. As a mum of 3 I'd love more recipes like this that I can prepare and shove in the oven and pull it out for dinner :)
Idea: chicken pot pie, poppers/home fries, brownies? I’m now intrigued. May do something similar for dinner one of these days. Oh! Maybe themed trays? Like an Asian-themed one, or an Italian themed one? Maybe English breakfast-themed one? The possibilities!
This looks lovely! I do a basic version of what you’re doing by baking steak and asparagus together 😂 (I sear the steak on high before bumming it into the oven, I promise!) but I’ve never tried to throw a dessert into the mix. I’ll have to try that.
Make a Flying Jacob! It's a Swedish dish, my partner suggested it already on fb I think as he is the Swede! Probably could be incorporated into a 3courses 1pan job?? Glad the kitchen is coming along!
Having one of premade stuff doctored to taste better (adding different option to cake mix and such) would be fun while still doing the 3 courses in 1. For more general ideas Baked spinach dip Baked Rice Pilaf Pie, any flavour ----------- Sweet potato bites (where the sweet potato us used a bit like a cracker with some toppings) Baked spaghetti Chocolate Chip Cookie
Berry, In my house hold we use a electric skillet, toaster oven and a microwave to cook are food. We have been using these three appliances for the past five years. I don't think you could last that long.
I suggest you to do a garlic bread, some spinach and cheese stuffed chicken breast with some potatoes on the side, and as a dessert, you could make a hot gigant cookie that you can cover with some icecream and a lot of chocolate syrup later and eat it hot.
Starter: caramelised onion and goats cheese tart 🤤 Mains: stuffed chicken breasts, lasagne, tagine of some kind For pudding: cake, brownies, cookies, crumble
An easy dessert could be some sort of cookie bar maybe? That way you could mold it to the space you have in your pan without worrying about individual cookies spreading out! Also not a one pan idea but still dying for you to do pierogies! This pittsburgh-polish viewer needs to see you try lol

Always happy to see a Dutch recipe be made by other people. Makes my foodie heart proud!
I thought I was one of the only people who hated cold cheese in a block or grated, but give it me melted love it.

I was thinking apple dumplings too.
This is soooo cool!!! The world needs you with a playlist with this!!!!
Barry I think doing one of Gordon ramsay ramsay in 10 in real time would be a good video
That's such a cool idea bro!
Anybody but Ramsey
Or Jamie's 15 minute meals
Barry couldn't keep up with the 10 minute pace!
• MrMoolahoola • he did one like this about a year ago! i think it was the 30 minute one tho
1 pan 3 course meal suggestion
Puff pastry, pesto and vegetables for starter
Pizza for main course
Nutella pizza for dessert
Should be easy to split a tray in three and I'd estimate maybe 20mins in the oven for them all
Very nice idea
Pizza twice...kinda boring
Bread in all portions not so great. Huge calorie load for one meal.
Amazing ! I think definitely make other recipes . Baked lasagna , chocolate brownie
This is awesome. We're not salmon fans here, but my creative juices are flowing.
Yes I would love a playlist of this!! that looks SO good!! but I love any video you make!!!
This was lovely Barry. I would definitely watch more of these.

Hi Barry, Dont worry! In Dutch you say 1 appelbol, 2 appelbollen. It's just multiple.
I grew up calling it Apple in a blanket
And serve with slagroom!

This so needs to be a new playlist love the concept
As a pescatarian i am definitely going to give this a try. Would love you to do more recipes for pescatarians. Thanks Barry and mrs B. X
You could do
Starter: cheesy garlic bread (made with French bread to be the best when I make it)
Dinner: baked ziti
Dessert: cookies
Yes! Make this more😊 Appetizer: Mini pie with pesto and parmesan. Main meal: Baked bell pepper with pizza filling and cheese. Dessert: Blondie, light brownie.
I love this idea! Definitely a play list needs to be done.
Could you take it one step further and make a 3-course meal with toaster bags (and a toaster... 😬)?
Do we dare let him play with toasters?
Don't encourage him!!!! Barry really shouldn't be playing with toasters, have you learnt nothing?!?!?!?????
@@sophiegeale7006 but... think of the views!

Catching up with your videos due to working! But this is epic, my late dad used to just bake the apple but the pastry wrapping looks delicious!!
Awesome results! Congratulations!
Yes! You should definitely do this again!
Absolutely beautiful. Going to try this tonight for myself. I deserve a treat. Gr8 play list idea.
when he held the apple up to the camera and said "smell it smell it smell it" i actually tried to before i realized what i was doing 😂

If Camembert is too much for you, try Brie. It comes in the same round shape and is also a soft cheese.

Reminds me of a 1960s frozen TV dinner. But much tastier.
Stuffed and roasted peppers as a starter, chocolate brownie as a dessert, and if you want a challenge try and do lasagne as a main!
Do black pudding fritters for starters, baked mac and cheese with chorizo and a black forest cake.
Ooh would love more of these videos 😃
You need to do loads of different versions of this!! Epic idea 😍😂
You could also use mincemeat (mince pie filling for clarity and not the burger type), inside the apple for simplicity too 😁👍🏼
I love this concept! But I would probably add a second pan so I could also bake some French fries. I’m totally making this next week
Yes do more of these.
I can’t wait for your kitchen too be done
You could do chicken rapped in bacon with sliced potatoes and broccoli for your main garlic prawns for your starter and crumble for your pudding
Finally convinced my mum to buy the apple peeler, corer and slicer after 4 years and god never ate as many apples in my life
A good Dark Belgian beer soaking into the camembert whilst it's in the oven. Can't be beaten!
