Dude get the right tool to unscrew the filter housing. It’s a 74mm 14 flutes. Why would you mar up the housing with those clamps. Also, fill the housing with oil and you won’t get that ugly noise in the beginning
funny you say that, right after i did this i went on amazon and bought a 74mm 14 flute oil filter adapter. im debating on replacing the filter housing now.
@@RedlineMaximaSE the oil pump housing is also made of plastic, not a good habit to thread a metal housing into plastic. much easier to strip or crack.

@@HaydenSchreier I wish they made aluminum aftermarket housing like on some other Audis/BMW but I haven’t seen any for this car
