Here are the takeaways for those who can't spend 10 mins on this video : 💧 Stopping creatine use results in a decrease in muscle water content, making muscles appear less full. 📉 There is typically a small weight loss, mainly due to water weight, when discontinuing creatine. 🏋️♂️ Creatine naturally occurs in the body and is also found in animal-based foods, but at lower levels than supplements. ⏳ It takes about 4 to 6 weeks for muscle creatine levels to return to baseline after stopping supplementation. 🔋 Creatine helps in ATP regeneration, which is vital for high-intensity activities; a reduction in creatine can lead to decreased strength and power. 🏋️♀️ To retain muscle gains, it's important to continue intense workouts and maintain a proper diet even after stopping creatine. 🧠 Creatine has been shown to enhance cognitive function, particularly in tasks requiring short-term memory and quick thinking. 🏥 Long-term use and cessation of creatine are considered safe, with no significant impact on kidney or liver health. If you're reading this make sure to put a like😊❤️ Have a great day
Try optimising your creatine dosage. 100mg of creatine per kilogram of bodyweight. For example, if you're 70 kg bodyweight take 7g of creatine. If you're under 75 kg take 7g creatine. If you're 75 kg or above upto 79 kg, then take 8g creatine. You can apply this dosage and give it a try. Hope this helps. Much love.

Does the atp decrease from the supplied levels given by the creatine? Or do they drop below your baseline level before taking creatine in the first place? I suppose what I’m saying is, do your natural atp levels drop below average after ending creatine.
I was hoping he would answer the real question, if you take creatine long term and then stop, can your body produce or synthetise creatine from food itself, like before the long term use, or does it lose its ability as been said before?
I take creatine HCL not monohydrate. Yes, I know it’s not a pre workout supplement but I mostly just use creatine HCL for energy instead of pre workout supplements since creatine produces energy giving you less rest time between sets. But if I have enough energy before the gym then I’ll take Creatine HCL with my isolate protein after the gym. I’m not trying to get really big, not trying to become The Hulk. So I’m not worrying to much about building ha lot of muscle but if I do I won’t complain. I did gain 4.5 pounds in muscle in 4 months though and I don’t eat too much…..also my body fat went down to 4.3%.
So how do I know that creatin has affect on me cause when I take it I feel nothing and I wonder if it has any affect on me I need some answers please 🙏
Creatine requires your water intake to be higher, so it's easier to become dehydrated. Being dehydrated is bad for a plethora of bodily functions and organs.
Gastrointestinal: Upset stomach, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting Muscular: Muscle cramps, strains, and pulls Other: Weight gain, dizziness, high blood pressure, and reduced ability to tolerate heat Serious: Seizures, rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, and trouble breathing @@doriongarcia8887

edit : TLDR more simpler to understand my question : before creatine = 0 taking creatine = 1 stop taking creatine = 0 or -1 ? if its 0 then its back to normal levels no harm done, but if its -1 then you have less energy than before taking it and there is harm done. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- explain it better, will getting off creatine makes you worse and more fatigued BEFORE you took creatine ? or you just go back to your normal level before you ever took it, you make it sound like you retain the muscle mass but loos the water wight, but also feel more fatigued and less energy when doing workout activities , so what does that mean ? back to your normal levels or you feel more fatigued and have less energy even from before you took it ? so is it a debuff , or just removing the buff making you normal again ? if its a debuff, that mean you'll be hooked on the powder all the time just to get that buff water wight look again and keep the high energy levels, because when you're off the powder you go back to your normal look but have even less energy etc, if thats the case then no powder thank you very much, or if i understood it the wrong way and you just go back to normal energy levels and nothing is in the minus ( other than losing the added water wight buffer look ) , then i see no harm in it.

more simpler to understand my question :
before creatine = 0
taking creatine = 1
stop taking creatine = 0 or -1 ?
if its 0 then its back to normal levels no harm done, but if its -1 then you have less energy than before taking it and there is harm done.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
explain it better, will getting off creatine makes you worse and more fatigued BEFORE you took creatine ? or you just go back to your normal level before you ever took it, you make it sound like you retain the muscle mass but loos the water wight, but also feel more fatigued and less energy when doing workout activities ,
so what does that mean ? back to your normal levels or you feel more fatigued and have less energy even from before you took it ?
so is it a debuff , or just removing the buff making you normal again ?
if its a debuff, that mean you'll be hooked on the powder all the time just to get that buff water wight look again and keep the high energy levels, because when you're off the powder you go back to your normal look but have even less energy etc, if thats the case then no powder thank you very much,
or if i understood it the wrong way and you just go back to normal energy levels and nothing is in the minus ( other than losing the added water wight buffer look ) , then i see no harm in it.
💪🏼👊🏼
